Tracy and Her Miraculous View.

"You can't say that!" Tony shreked so loudly while shaking his head like a newborn baby whose neck hasn't been fixed yet.

"I can't say what?" Tracy asked with her lips on a thin line as a laugh, begs fervently to escape her lips.

Rolling his eyes, he sat on the chair she had offered him earlier, raising his legs up on the table while at it.

"Uh-huh uh-huh, put your legs down. This isn't your home, Tony." Tracy said with killer eyes.

However, whatever she said didn't seem to have any effect on him as he continued.

"You need to know that whatever you have going on in that head of yours could put you in a deep shit. So, don't think about it." He said with his eyes glued on her.

"Don't be a wuss, I know the gravity of what I intend to do. I am a grown adult, Sherlock!" She said, rolling her eyes at him.

"Do you?" His eyes whispered briefly to her ears.

"Can you explain what it was you called me here for again?" Tony asked, touching his nose line like they mean a lot to him at this moment.

"Smarty-pants, uh-huh, don't play that trick with me. I haven't said anything... yet. You just assumed some things in that head of yours and said I shouldn't say anything about it." Tracy said, standing up from where she sat.

"Well, that's because I know you are crazy! It's so crazy that I wonder how we were friends for 8 years, and I haven't been admitted to a psychiatric home just by being friends with you."

Standing up, he moved around like a debater who was trying to make a point. "You didn't come to work today and didn't pick your phone when the HR called and after I did too and some tensed hours later, you just called out of the blue whispering into your cell phone like you've been kidnapped and your words, "Come to my place after work." Then you hung up with no additional statement to help me relax. Isn't it obvious what has taken over you?" He asked, ending his pace with a deep sigh.

"Hmm, is it?" Tracy asked with a deep smile.

"Start speaking now, Lady, or you'll find me gone in a flash." Tony said with a tired tone.

"I was watching TV last night when my eyes stumbled upon it. It was a beauty to behold, Tony. You should have seen it. A place filled with nature and all, and just like a spell was used on me, I got intrigued, so intrigued that I needed to check it out. You've got to understand, Tony, I need this." Tracy said in one breath with her eyes glistening like that of a 4 years old who wants a new toy.

"You've got to understand that this isn't something you can just do. You've made use of the vacation time given out to employees every year. Unless you plan to quit, you have nowhere to come back to if you go on your spiritual healing journey." Tony said with a deeper sigh.

"I'll quit then." Tracy answered with a big smile.

Closing his hands as fast as lightning to calm his racing heart, Tony replied, "You are very crazy."

"Don't be like that, I am going to be fine. I'll search for another job when I get there." She replied.

"Well, good luck on your adventure. You know, I believe the Guinness Book of Record should find you. This is the 20th work you have quit in the past 8 years that I have known you, and you are not even up to 40 years of age. 33 years old, and your teenage lifestyle hasn't left you." Tony said with his arms akimbo.

"You don't need to be sour about it. I have done this so many times, and I'll surely find a way out. But the thing is that I don't want you to feel bad since you were the one that made me get the job, and I did promise to stay long, and I did. This year would make it my fourth year, and that is very, very long." She said, drawing her last statement.

"...and?" Tony asked.

"I need a farewell fund from you. We've been friends for 8 good memorable years. You know, I am going to a new country, starting a new life, so I'll need some money to keep my hands greased until I find a job." She clasped her hands together with a smile as she ended her statement.

"Like I said earlier, you are very crazy. If you think I'll give you a dime, then you must be in a dreamland. So, I want you to explore it as long as you can because in reality, there's nothing like such. Now, I have had a busy day at work and would like to go home." Tony said before walking towards the door.

"I know my life choices sound really crazy to you. But, there's also a good side to it. Every work I have left was without nothing. I have learned from each one. With my level of experience, I can even start my business there. I was going to keep it a secret from you until I acquired it, but I guess you need to know why I need a lot of money."

With a deep sigh, she continued.

"When I saw the resort, I Googled who the owner was, and she's just a lady in her 40s. If she can start a place as beautiful as that, then I can too. I was thinking I'd also start a travel blog and earn from it two years after starting my restaurant. I have done more research about the place I'll be staying in, and I am very sure I can do this, but I can't do it alone." Tracy said as she walked closer to where Tony stood.

"I have never seen this serious side of you. Is it real?" Tony asked with a chuckle.

"Hehe, yes, it is. All that was needed was a miraculous view of a resort." Tracy answered with a smile of her own.

Okay I was hoping for a continuation. Did Tony give her the money? Did she succeed in her crazy plans of starting a resort in a new country? I guess we will never know.

Beautiful story beautifully told. I enjoyed reading it. Great dialogue.

You called it a crazy plan, and I might have just fallen in love with you, hehe.

I guess that's for the reader's mind to explore. Haha, I was hoping it'd be nice to end it this way as you can finish it up in your mind with what you've read so far, lol. Maybe I am the crazy one 😂😂.

Damn, Tracy is crazy and adventurous too. Who quits 20 jobs in 8 years? Somehow, it looks like she is passionate about this new adventure.

Starting a new life in a different country, opening a restaurant, and even beginning a travel blog, I have to hand it to her is some serious ambition. Not everyone has the guts to make such bold moves.

But knowing Tracy, she might ditch it again like she has been doing in the last 8 years. I am not judging...lol

Ah,! That's you judging her, lol. Don't be mean, haha.

She seems very passionate about this and I think she'll go for it especially the travel blog she want to create, it'd keep her feet well greased and besides, if she can stay in her last job for 3 years and counting 🤣🤣, she would be able to stay 2 years building and making sure her restaurant thrives well.

In truth, there are people who like to explore further, to know that life is much more than a routine 8 or 12 hour job and that it will take us to old age without any merit. These people dare to dream and achieve great and wonderful things. Your story is very inspiring.

Thanks for sharing your historia.
Good day.

Tracy is one hell of a crazy person really, 20 jobs in 8 years??🤣

But sincerely among other Amazing focus of this story, i specifically admire the friendship between Tony and Tracy. So natural and sweet. I sincerely believe that Tony is a nice and calm person to have remained friends with such a crazy type of Tracy's person. Cos can i??🤔

Great story but i think there is a suspense at the end. Forgive me to say but we need the continuation of this story. Very important 😊

Lol, she sure is crazy. I guess some people are like that. They spend a week or even 2 days in a job and call it a quit.

Haha, Tony really did so well because I am not sure I can maintain a friendship with such a person. Imagine her calling to tell you she found a job only to call later that she quit the job😂😂😂. Lol.

Lol, the suspense... yeah. I have watched movies that play with my head like this, and at first, I whine and tell my phone screen, "Why didn't you just end it, uhn?" Lol.

But, as time goes by, I realize some storylines are just like that. They dare you to end the story based on what you've read so far, and it is interesting as you find yourself with so much thought that it becomes beautiful. Haha. I wanted to try that out... maybe I am crazy, lol.

The protagonist's mind was triggered by watching a TV show and she decided to start her own business. Will eight years of friendship be enough for someone to lend money to a person who continually quits his jobs? This condition may mark a good arc but the resolution to the conflict does not come. It is very important to have a general idea that guides the writing of a story, from the beginning, through the coherent development and resolving the ending, @balikis95.

Lol, eight years of friendship can be a lot for some people. One can never say.

Thanks for the reading and the pointing out the adjustments needed to be taken.

Lol. Tracy must be a real firecracker. Who is that indecisive and keeps jumping from one job to another? I think I'll just humbly ask for a continuation to this intriguing tale. Well done.🌺
