Tata Nano - The tiny electric car is back in the market
Tata recently announced the launch of the Tata Nano again, with some attractive features and an electric version. There have been misconceptions about the Tata Nano car, saying that it was incorrectly marketed as the cheapest car. Some say it should have been sold as the most affordable car instead of the cheapest one. But the owner of the company did not bother about all these gossips back then.
The cheapest car ideology was to make sure it reached even the middle-class families. People took it personally and thought that this car is not for them because it is cheap. They say that the sale did not go well for this very reason, and the car was also discontinued after that. Today, I'm very happy to see this car back in the market with more features.
The first thing that I like about this car is that it is very small and it is good for a family of two or three who would like to travel on city roads. This car, especially, is very good for city driving because it is hard to manage with bigger cars on smaller roads in the cities, and it also creates a lot of traffic. People who already have a big car and would like to have a secondary car can probably go for this car.
I think the future is going to be electric cars, and the use of fossil fuels might go down drastically. Considering that fact, it is good to see more electric cars available in the market fora competitive price. This time, I noticed the price of this new version was not as cheap as the old Tata Nano car. Maybe the inflation has increased the value, and maybe Tata wants to give a good deal rather than focusing on making it very cheap.
Now, again the new version of the car is made affordable for everyone. For people who are buying their first car, this is a good pick because it is cheap and at the same time it has all the features that someone likes to use. Out of the available electric cars in the market, this one is pretty decent and affordable for everyone. Most people might see this as a secondary car, and also people who are from the middle class can consider buying this car. The intention was to make every family have a car, and this car made it a reality for many people.

Cool little thing, what's its range? I drove an electric smart a while back as a replacement vehicle when my van was in the garage for maintenance, it only had a 100km range.
I don't like electric cars, way too expensive, slow to charge and basically no where to charge them... Charge fossil car takes few minutes, an electric not really...
Tata's Nano might have failed because it was marketed as the cheapest car instead of the most affordable one. People didn't want to be seen driving a cheap car, even if it was affordable.
It is really a very beautiful thing for us to be witnessing these types of updates and development actually if you will ask me
"Great post! I really like how you highlighted the practicality of the new Tata Nano electric. It's impressive how such a compact car can make a big difference in city driving. Do you think branding it as 'smart and affordable' this time will change public perception compared to the earlier 'cheapest car' tag?"
