Healthy routine for a peaceful mind
Yesterday, I wrote an article about doing regular health checkups and keeping our health checked at regular intervals but today another good conversation happened with another friend who is doing a lot of healthy things every day. He has structured his routine in such a way that he does not have time for any negative vibrations.
Sometimes we are surrounded by negative people who might drag us into things that are not important to us or things that are not healthy for us. It can sometimes be very hard to deal with such people and continue with our lives. In such cases, if we keep our schedule very busy, we should be able to overcome such negative vibes and focus more on the positive things.
Positive thoughts
They say a busy bee will never have time for sorrow. This means that we have to keep ourselves busy so that even if we have a sorrow to meet, because of our busy schedule, we will not have time to attend any sorrow. The more time we spend on positive things we will be able to keep the negative things aside as much as we can.
My grandfather used to tell me that if I have to get rid of the negative things from me, I shouldn't focus on the negative things and eradicate them little by little. But instead, I should focus more on the positive things, and the negative things would automatically get out without having any space to stay.
Routines are good
This is something that I struggle a lot to get. Routines are not something that fits my character. Whenever I force myself to have some routine, it does not work out well for me. But I want to create some routine so that I can plan my life very well, and many experts say that we will be able to achive many things in life if we have a good routine. This is one of the primary reasons why I wanted to give it a try.

It’s so true that staying busy with positive things keeps negativity away. Your grandfather’s advice really made sense. I also find routines hard, but I’m trying too. Thanks for sharing your thoughts.
Well yes, being busy doesn't give you time to think... As for routines, that's everyone different, I like routines for example
Routines are actually good and they always shape us to become someone better in life.
That is such a wise advice from your grandfather. I think I need to start doing that as well, maybe to do it more often, so that I can have a better and peaceful mind.
