Getting help from AI while hunting jobs
Today, every other field has started using AI for its needs. Some big MNC companies are very careful in using AI and its features, especially for coding, because sometimes the answers from AI can also be wrong. They are trying to be very careful, but at the same time, they are missing a big opportunity where AI can do some amazing things and reduce the workload for their employees. Anyway, that's a different topic for another day.
In this article, we will see how people who are hunting for jobs can use AI to get their dream jobs and how they can prepare for them. There are many attractive options available for freshers who would like to get their dream jobs.
Preparing the resume
Usually, resumes are prepared by keeping someone else's resume as an example. But today, there are so many other alternatives available. Even though some fancy resumes can be found online, the best way to prepare a resume is to sit with AI and get the resume prepared. Of course, the design and presentation of the Resume can be our creativity, but content-wise, we can rely on AI to prepare the resume for us. But before all that, we have to feed the AI with the information it needs.
Attending a mock interview with AI
Today, AI is so sophisticated that it acts like an interviewer and trains us for a job interview. I have seen many recruitment people suggesting that people take more and more interviews from AI so that they can be easily trained. Sometimes, some of the interviews can even be very hard to crack based on the complexity. But we can easily gain the missing knowledge.
Getting information on topics to prepare
If we ask AI what we should be doing based on our resume, it can do some analysis and let us know how we can take our career forward. It will give us topics and materials to prepare and stay up to date with the market trend. Earlier, we could get more information from Google, but today, if we know how to ask the right question in the form of prompts, we can get the answer from AI, and the answers are very good.
We also have to understand that AI is not right all the time. There can be instances where AI can be completely wrong. We have to be very careful in processing the information we get from AI.

I’d be going for a job interview soon and now, I’m already making use of the AI to attend mock interviews before I do the real one
so we must should devlop our Ai skill. For future
I have never thought about ask ai to prepare the resume, actually that's a good idea! It can even search open positions for you
I agree that many people still don’t fully use the power of AI, particularly when it comes to finding jobs. To me, I think AI is like a smart assistant. If we give it the right information, it can guide us really well.

Such a irony man, that AI already replaced a job when it started doing the shortlisting of resume.
