There is a huge fear now that people will start losing their jobs in the years to come because of the emergence of AI. Though this statement is true, the threat is only for people who don't play along. People who think their job can be in trouble should explore and find out where else they can contribute and earn a decent income.

Many companies have indeed started replacing their employees with bots who can take care of the job themselves. Automations have already taken the job of many people and now AI is doing the job of professionals, and many jobs have started to disappear. This has a huge impact only in the IT industry more compared to the other industries. AI can help the company grow with the help of the following things:

Reduce the cost of employees

This is the first thing. Companies now invest more in technology than investing on employees. They would like to build AI tools instead of making employees build software that are useful. If AI tools are built or used, they can do more work than the employees, and the ultimate aim is the reduce the number of employees. Traditional software development will want the investors to initially invest a lot of money, but with the AI-driven approach, this cost-cutting is evident.

Sometimes, a software can take from 1 month to even 1 or 2 years to reach production. With the help of AI tool,s this process can be made faster. If testing takes a lot of time to be done, AI can do the testing and provide the results to us. There are also testing tools that can be built with AI that can be even more sharp and accommodative to any software development.

Most of the software companies that have just gotten started run out of money to pay their employees. Though they plan it very well, software development will always have some unpredicted expenses. If we use AI, there is no need to spend money on any advanced tools and this creates a low risk by nature. Many startup companies fail for this very reason.

Increase the profits

With this approach the software companies are able to make a lot of money with reduced cost. The operational cost is greatly reduced, and most of the reduction comes from the reduction in the headcount. Sometimes we may not even know where the funds are going, but if we keep an AI on watch, we will be able to trace out the expenses, and AI driven approach also reduces a lot of money involved, thus providing a lot of profits.

The companies can attract more investors when the profit is high. When the operational cost becomes very low, the excess money is shared with the investors and the investors are very happy to invest in the company. This way, many companies have started making their customers happy by even providing low-cost support.
