Describe what you see

I see two siblings who are mad at each other and wouldn’t talk to themselves but rather finding solace in the comfort of their teddy bear clutches probably because of an ugly incident that transpired between them earlier or something that has happened at home between them and their parents.

Describe what you feel

I feel resentment, anger, seclusion and withdrawal which are products of siblings rivalry or some unaddressed issues that caused a crack in siblings relationship.

My story

Well, we don’t care who pulled the first prank on each other and who retaliated said Jay and Jacks parents, what matters is that you both have been grounded they reiterated. And no movies for you both too they added.

Jay and Jack with sullen faces left the room to their shared rooms. Both were mad at each other for the punishment they just received for their naughtiness. Both slumped into the hard wooden floor backing each other and clutching to their teddy bears Wickers and Smitches as they were the only ones who wouldn’t judge them at the moment.

Jack the younger of the two boys felt a knot in his throat as he swallowed hard to fight the tears gathering in his eyes. He was only playing pranks on his big brother but he felt sorry for taking the pranks a little too far.

Jay the elder brother to Jack was absorbed in his thoughts. Maybe he shouldn’t have been too hard on his younger brother. He wouldn’t have broke his toy for the prank he pulled on him even though it was a little extreme.

Both of them squeezed hard on their teddy bears as that’s the only comfort they had for the moment their silence stretching between them. As time goes on, Jay knew he would have to be the big brother and reachout to his brother.

He loved him so much and not even a prank gone wrong or the punishment from their parents would deter him from reassuring his little brother of his love again.
