The changing times

It's a very beautiful day today but I don't just like the fact that it started raining so early. Early morning rainfall most times affect people's ability to go to work but today I had to be the one to face the wrath of the heavy down pour and the harsh weather. At one point I was hoping that it's just about to come to an end but then it was as if the rain changed it's gear to even give a more heavy and steady down pour.
I've heard multiple number of times that there is a change in climate. I've checked it out myself and figured it out. Our climate is changing rapidly and some say it's because of ozone layer depletion.

This cayn be true adding to the fact that our activities as humans majorly don't seem to be in the favour of mother earth. We tend to dig up resources from mother earth through the process we call mining and most times harness these harmless resources with other components we got from mother earth thereby arming these components against its mother so that it's disposal back to earth will either yield to catastrophic outcome or it will just stay there without ever decomposing.
Now come to think of it for a while, Uranium is gotten from mother earth in it's less harmless state where it poses not much risk to earth but this uranium will be later enriched, spending years and not just that, billions of dollars are spent in the process of harnessing it. Money which can be used to help the homeless and families who couldn't afford three square meal per day but this money is spent to arm the baby of mother earth against its mother and other children whom mother earth is trying so hard to sustain.

Uranium is harnessed till uranium 235 is gotten which in this state is used for building of nuclear weapons and explosives. Think of a world where it's resources is used against it, that's what most of us humans are doing against our planet earth. It's as though plucking or cutting off a man's hands to use it as Cain to flog the man in return, that's what most of us do against earth which harbours is, gives us food and oxygen that we need through it's products.
We have so much harmed the earth cutting down it's trees without a second thought of it's role or functionality within our ecosystem.

Someone may ask or even think to himself the earth is not human and perhaps has no feelings as to not feeling all this things. I've only heard a preacher say “you've sown thunder and so you'll reap whirlwind”.
The deterioration or betterment of the earth is in our hands, if we start now to act in a healthy way towards mother earth, it's not early enough but at least with time we can be able to remedy some of the damages we've done to earth. This will be for the betterment of our generations next to come.

While we still pray and hope that the sons of me won'take use of the nukes which they've harnessed over the years and stored away in silos, we also must bear in mind that there's also a high possibility of it's use in conflict except it be destroyed completely sooner by the nations who has them in their possessions and by destroy I mean it's safe disposal.
Fishes are suffering, animals are suffering, the trees, the earth is also suffering with all that it harbours. In as much as our dying earth is naturally quacking, now we humans induce our own weapons that can artificially make the earth quake.

I figured out in our thinking as humans hoping we are wise, some critical aspects of our decision reveals our level of utter foolishness. Now it seems difficult for nations to disarm themselves of nukes but we hope for the best. Let's try doing the best we know we can individually in the favour of mother earth, maybe others may learn from us.
