My visit to Alphonsus Catholic church in Eke Nkpor

Hello everyone, I want to share with you this location I visited and my experience on the road to the place. The area I visited is located at Eke Nkpor, Anambra State Nigeria. The name of the church is Alphonsus catholic church and it is located near Eke Nkpor Market.
It is a very lively area filled with people of different kinds. Around the church are stores where marketers sell their goods. Opposite the Alphonsus catholic parish is where Nkpor civic centre is located, the place which I've once shared before in this beautiful community.

On my way to the Alphonsus catholic parish, I stopped across the road opposite the church, from there I saw the name of the church artistically designed with tiny with stores above the entrance gate by that way I was certain this was the church I was going to visit because there were no sign board or anything else that bears the name of the church on the footage.
There within the frontage immediately before the fence were tall ornamental trees which were grown very close to the gate. On the opposite side of it is the presence of a storey building which bears the same caller with many other structures constructed within the church compound and on the footage, so it became clear the storey building is also owned by the church as part of its property.

There are many short but strong pillars in front of the church fence with thick rods that connect one pillar to another, possibly because they don't want vehicles and humans staying or parking anywhere close to the fence, it could be due to security reasons. The pillars of the gate were designed with tiny white, brown and grey rocks and the edges of it were painted yellow. The big gate of the church itself appears to be reddish brown in colour with a rough artistic painting of the image Popularly used to represent Jesus on it.

When I crossed the gates and entered the insides, I saw that the compound of the church was so big , the ground wasn't tiled or interlocked but there was no presence of grass except for a few ornamental plants. Right from the entrance, you could clearly see the church building in its full glory with the twin tower standing behind it. The twin towers have speakers mounted on them with crucifixes on the very top. Its windows bear portraits of different arts.
The front of the church building was designed in a simple, beautiful way and also right before the entrance of the church building is a small glass house with a roof.

Inside the glasshouse, the statue of a man can be seen with the sign of the cross as part of its physical details. By the side were cars parked and there were also a few trees. On the right side of the entrance is also another three storey building located with a gate and a small fence and another white bungalow beside it almost under the shade of a tree.
Inside of the church the colour is the same with that of the fence and one storey building.

The floor is properly tiled. There is also the image carefully crafted to represent many on top of the first floor of the storey building. I really enjoy the atmosphere of the environment with the air and the atmospheric condition.
The condition within the church environment is conducive and there are no noises at the time of my visit even though the church service was going on.
