Learning from others mistakes

The world is such a beautiful place which seems to be more sophisticated than schools organized by humans. It is a school on its own and as long as we're alive in this world we'll keep learning new things every day whether we like it or not. From the olden days until today, I found out that some people who hadn't seen the four walls of a classroom nor have studied any course in the university are wiser than most people who went to school.
Don't get me wrong, there are many who have never been to school to learn about personal hygiene and its health benefits but their lifestyle of cleanliness speaks the volume and to crown it all they are far more better behaved than others.

One of my personal experiences during my days in the university was of a colleague of mine who I happened to be in the same level with in the university. On a faithful Sunday, I decided to visit the lady in her lodge.
I was already on my way before I called her and told her I was coming. Normally I usually tell the ones I wish to visit that I'm coming but something within me just wanted me to pay her a surprise visit.
Though I had informed her about coming but somehow I knew she would still think I'm still far away and have some distance to cover.
Soon I got to her door and knocked, she seriously didn't expect to see me at that time when she opened her door. I know this for a fact through her expressions.

She couldn't believe it, so I caught her off guard. Instead of welcoming me inside like she used to especially in the days when I announced my coming and spend hours before visiting, she delayed welcoming me into her room, her door wasn't even fully open, she only opened door enough to show her face and body and somehow I feared she will tell me to leave but she eventually left the door as it was and went inside and I followed her.
On the inside I couldn't believe my eyes because unlike the room I used to enter, everywhere was so unkept.

She even had to start gathering some of her scattered clothes and some other stuff on the bed shyly and was putting them into a big bag and even some that seemed to be dirty which was lying on the floor. She picked them almost up and still put them in the same bag.
Just then I start to wonder how come, the one whom I used to know all of a sudden appears to be someone I'm just getting to know.
Later in the course of my stay, I intentionally went to the big bag where sheep packed all of those clothes because she told me to help her get something very close to that bag but not visible from our point of view. In my search for the item, I raised the cloth covering the top of the big bag and saw the zip and was open.
Immediately she spoke out and said that I should leave that bag for her dirty clothes.

Looking at the size of that big jumbo bag, it was hard to believe that all the clothes inside were dirty while every day by day the lady comes to school like one that lacks clothes. My observation was that each time after we returned back to school from holidays, she starts by dressing well and having a lot of clothes to change with but after a month there will be a decline in the number of clothes she changes with. She'll hardly be seen changing more than one or two different dresses in one week.
Apart from this I've seen some who didn't attend school speak and act in great wisdom and handle issues unlike some educated men and women I've come in contact with.
I'm not against anybody whether educated or uneducated, just in all your findings, get wisdom because wisdom is the principal thing.
