A little appreciation is all it takes
Hello everyone, trust you're doing great. This week has really been a week filled with workload but regardless it is also a week filled with a lot of learnings though I can't say there is a teacher but just learning from my surroundings and from what God has put in nature.
Yesterday, I was able to locate a newly opened shopping mall in my area and in fact I can confidently say it's the largest mall currently in my area where you can certainly find most if not all of the products you may need. There are different sections in the large mall, different stores on the inside for different purposes.
The good thing is that just like other shopping malls I've seen, the doors of each store are made with glass. This way one doesn't have to stress himself to locate the right shop where he can find what he needs. Also each of the stores are well lit up in such a way there is no dark corner in each store, this also enhances the visibility of the products.
One thing that thrives in my area is business and in fact most young men prefer starting up a business of their own rather than working in a company or in already established businesses where they will have no choice but to play the rules of the establishment.
Now back to what prompted me to start writing on this beautiful morning.
Do you know that there are many people in this world today who by their efforts we live and enjoy our everyday life but yet they are not well appreciated for what they do? In Fact some people would even prefer to show respect to a fat bellied fresh looking man or a good looking blonde in the office dressed in a suit rather than even say thank you or just a simple good morning to the laborers.

I remember back in the days when I got a job in a company which produces most of the kitchen utensils that are essential, some made of plastics and some steel. To me working in that company was a great opportunity for me to learn, not just about the production process of the kitchen gadgets but of how the company runs, life in the company and humanity.
In fact, some of my observations are one that will make an adult cry like a baby if humans don't have control over their emotions.
In the company I saw young and old, great and small but the fact is that most of the hard working laborers receive more harsh words and curses in their little mistakes.
Seeing the plight of people in the company, my heart felt for the elderly ones who even appear to be up to or more than government retirement age in civil service but yet working even hard and seem more dedicated to their work than the younger ones.
Within myself I calculated, at the age of some of the elderly workers there, naturally some were already up to being great grandparents and some grandparents but yet the men and women in offices who appeared to be younger talked to them like trash. Now this is what I did, I started by getting closer to closer to the workers and spend little time talking with each not to distract them from doing their job, this is how I found out that the majority of the workers would have preferred starting a business of their own than to remain in their current job and many were already saving up money for this. Another thing I did was to show appreciation for every little thing they were able to accomplish. Now imagine a world where everyone seems to be against you no matter how hard you try to keep doing good and one day you meet someone you appreciate for every little achievement and even corrects you with a smile on your little mistakes.
I really enjoyed the period of time I worked in the company because everyone loved me and I was a good company to each of the workers as everyone was stationed to remain at their duty post which limited workers from playing and interacting with each other.
Soon after I became one of the celebrities in the company because everybody knew me and some always found a reason to visit me in my place.
To be good is really good because it got to a point where other men and women in offices got to know me and because I was approachable some workers passed messages through me to those who would be harsh to them.
I received a lot of gifts and favors from people and not just that I still speak with some people today.
The summary of everything is that it's good to be good, especially being the spotlight in the face of the dark.
Thank you very much for stopping by to read my post.
