I'm back with a black and white photo of me that you might like and this is my entry
When I was going out of town, namely the city of Yogyakarta which is known as a cultural city that has a lot of local wisdom. One of them is charcoal coffee or what the people there usually call charcoal coffee.
Joss coffee is one of the typical drinks from Yogyakarta. Yogyakarta's traditional charcoal coffee is truly unique in its way of processing coffee which adapts local wisdom.

You can see that the coffee seller brews the coffee using hot charcoal and then puts it in the coffee water. This coffee drink has a taste that I think is unique because of its smoky aroma.

Joss coffee is very much sought after by people from outside who come to visit the city of Yogyakarta.
Joss coffee is a favorite menu for coffee lovers which must be enjoyed when we visit Yogyakarta.
