Monomad Challenge-My Experience Story Covering Earthquake, Tsunami and Liquefaction Photo Shoot in September, 2018
Hello hiver
Hello everyone, how are you
I'm back with a black and white photo of me that you might like and this is my entry
September 28, 2018 I received news about the earthquake, tsunami and liquefaction in Palu, Central Sulawesi, my journalistic instincts were called to immediately go there to get real information through photos to be conveyed to people around the world.
On the morning of September 29, I was lucky to get a ride from the Indonesian Air Force plane. Even that was limited and I was very lucky to be able to join that day.
I immediately left for Palu with soldiers carrying rescue equipment and medicines using a Hercules plane from Halim Perdana Kusuma Airport at 10.00 WIB, on this trip we transited in Makassar, South Sulawesi.
After boarding the equipment and volunteer team in Makassar, we flew back to Palu, and got off at Mutiara SIS Al-Jufrie Airport.Arriving there from a distance, many adult and child refugees were seen gathering with faces full of fear.
I continued my journey along a number of locations that showed damage caused by the 7.4 SR earthquake.
what a terrible tragedy. such devastation is hard to comprehend
