Training is one of the efforts to improve the capacity of human resources in an organization, as is the case with our institution at Bawaslu Lhokseumawe City, Aceh, Indonesia. The meeting activity regarding Publication and Documentation of Supervision of the 2024 Campaign Stages was opened directly by Mr. Ayi Jufridar as the Coordinator of the Legal, Prevention, Community Participation, and Public Relations Division and attended by Mr. Yuli Asbar as the Coordinator of the Violation Handling and Dispute Resolution Division.

The participants in this activity were the technical staff of the Panwaslu Sub-district throughout Lhokseumawe City and the Staff of the Panwaslih of Lhokseumawe City. To support this activity, the Panwaslih of Lhokseumawe City invited Nasier Husein and Masriadi Sambo as speakers. Nasier Husein is a journalist for SCTV in Aceh and a former Chairperson of the Alliance of Independent Journalists (AJI) Lhokseumawe. He is known as a senior journalist in Aceh and has a background as a broadcast journalist.

Meanwhile, Masriadi Sambo at that time was still a commissioner of the Indonesian Broadcasting Commission in Aceh. In addition, Masriadi, who has written several books on journalism, is also known as a Kompas.com journalist and a lecturer in the Communication Studies Program at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Malikussaleh University.

In short, both speakers have the national capacity to equip the staff of the Lhokseumawe City Panwaslih along with the ranks of the Panwascam. The presence of the two competent speakers with limited honorariums is one example of managing activities with a minimal budget. As senior journalists with the competence of Main Journalists, they are willing to share knowledge with minimal honorariums. This is inseparable from their closeness to the Lhokseumawe City Panwaslih commissioners so that supporting the increase in Panwaslih's capacity is more important than the compensation received.

In the opening, it was stated that this activity aims to be able to consistently continue to publish and document supervisory work through social media and the Institute's news. This is not only an obligation to fulfill information to the public, but also as proof of transparency and accountability of the output of the institution's work as mandated by law.

Although Bawaslu at all levels is focusing on supervising the campaigns of election participants, Ayi Jufridar as the Coordinator of the Legal, Prevention, Community Participation, and Public Relations Division advised to continue to pay attention to public relations publications regarding election information and supervision work. Publications emphasize strengthening participatory supervision and preventing violations, in accordance with Bawaslu's main vision.

Election organizers must have the ability to document everything related to the work that is the responsibility of the organizer.[]
