Prosecutors and Bank Aceh Syariah Enter Islamic Boarding Schools, What Are the Benefits?
The "Prosecutors Enter Islamic Boarding Schools" activity with Bank Aceh Syariah was held again, this time welcoming students at Darussa'dah Cot Tarom Bireuen and Madinatuddiniyah Paloh Lada, North Aceh, on Thursday, November 20, 2025.
This activity featured three keynote speakers: the Secretary of the Aceh Islamic Boarding School Education Office, Tgk. Syekh Muhsin, M.Pd.I; the Head of the Legal Information Section of the Aceh High Prosecutor's Office, Ali Rasab Lubis, SH; and representatives from Bank Aceh at their respective branches in Bireuen and Samudera.
The presence of these three speakers was warmly welcomed by the students, male and female, as well as the teaching staff, who considered this activity an important opportunity to develop noble character and legal understanding from an early age.
In his presentation, Sheikh Muhsin emphasized that this program is a powerful step to protect Acehnese children from various social ills such as drugs, online gambling, promiscuity, and the increasingly rampant digital crime.
He emphasized that dayah, as a faith-based educational institution, plays a strategic role in shaping a young generation that is not only well-mannered but also legally aware and sensitive to the threats of the times. "This is a shared effort to ensure that our students grow into a strong, intelligent generation protected from social dangers," he said.
Cut Dewi, from the Bireuen Branch of Bank Aceh Syariah, explained Bank Aceh Syariah savings products, and Aswin Arif from the Samudera Branch explained the benefits of saving for male and female students.
Ali Rasab Lubis, Head of Legal Information for the Aceh High Prosecutor's Office, expressed his appreciation for the synergy between the Prosecutor's Office and the Aceh Government.
According to him, this activity is not merely legal counseling, but also a momentum for the awakening of Aceh's young generation to become more legally literate, understand their rights and obligations, and be able to avoid violations that could harm their future. "Alhamdulillah, this collaboration has become a bridge of legal education that is beneficial for Islamic boarding school students and the community," he said.
The "Jakarta Enters Islamic Boarding School" initiative is expected to become a sustainable movement and promote legal education within Islamic boarding schools throughout Aceh.
With the support of the government, law enforcement officials, and educational institutions, this initiative is believed to be able to produce a generation of Acehnese Islamic boarding school students who are resilient, moral, and possess a high level of legal awareness to face the challenges of the modern digital and social era.
