Merdeka Sunset on the Way Home: Photography |

On my way home on Jalan Merdeka in Lhokseumawe City, Aceh (Indonesia), I saw the sun setting on the western horizon shining reddish. Trees and buildings were faintly visible, covering some of the reddish sunlight.

However, the buildings and trees actually added to the beauty. The shadows of the buildings and trees were like pasted on a separate picture. With my eyes, I saw the beauty and wanted to share it.

On my way home from behind the car, I turned on my cellphone camera and started looking at interesting objects. Jalan Merdeka is one of the main roads in Lhokseumawe which is busy, including when the sunsets.

So, the fairly congested road conditions made it safer for me to shoot several objects. However, taking photos from a moving car is really not recommended, both from the sincerity of capturing several objects and from the safety aspect.

I took a lot of sunset photos on Jalan Merdeka. I call it Sunset Merdeka because it is on that road. I do not post the less interesting photos here.

There are some photos here that show blurry objects. I intentionally posted it to give the impression that the photo was taken from a moving vehicle. Some objects look like they are moving.

In all these photos, I maintain the natural colors of nature that are transferred through the camera. So, there is no editing in the composition of colors and objects. Editing only removes a few useless objects and changes the image size to be more standard for uploading in this community.
