Señorita De Bacolod

This another cafe adventure wasn't initiated by stress or any negativity, but purely an invitation by a friend. It's my reward for doing my best in my studies according to him. It's why we have stumbled upon another new coffee shop here, the Señorita de Bacolod in SM City Malls' northwing area.

It's a small cafe beside the food court here in SM City Malls. Despite from its space, the cafe was eye catching for it is situated in the middle of the alley going to the Northwing's Department Store. Their setup is cute and cozy which lured us here to check their coffee products and classic sweet delicacies.

Those desserts looked tempting and delicious but I'm not fond of sweets, I'm more of a black coffee and dark chocolate person. Yet, those coffee products were so much enticing that it made me want to try and sacrifice my taste buds. Initially, I liked the Señorita Ice Cream but there is no coffee in it, just ice cream, caramel, chocolate, and caramel wafer sticks. We opted to Coffee Vanilla Float instead.

As what I've said earlier, they only occupy a small space here in the middle of the alley. Their tables are only good for three groups, and there wasn't much customers staying here. I've seen some only buy for take-outs instead.

And look at the right side of the photo, there's an undergoing construction of But First, Coffee, they will be having a new branch here in SM finally. If you have read my previous blogs, I had been there at But First, Coffee already in their branch located at Lacson Street.

Though they have a small space for their shop and a few staff to cater customers, at least, the queueing is less and we don't have to stand there at their counter for long. They are serving one at a time, but since there's less queueing, the service is faster at that time. It didn't took them ten minutes before they served our orders.

And there are our Coffee Vanilla Floats!

I'm excited to try looking at the caramel bits topping on the ice cream, what you see is what you get really but hello to diabetes. It's so sweet, of course! I don't like much sweets, but I'm also cravings for ice cream at the time. I crave for it everytime I'm irritated by anything for no reason at all, just to cool down and fix whatever bugs have created a malware in my brain to act childish. It's perfect to get me back to my normal mood since my friend here was discussing something randomly that needs my full attention and my brain to be rational for a moment. Thanks to that, we have ended the discussion with great spirits.
