No Tasks At The Moment, So We Unwind At The Swimming Pool.

There are changes in the company recently that most of the employees are affected with. It includes our workloads and schedule which is somehow unpredictable for quite a while before it was properly finalized. That took lots of meetings to consider some things that would be both beneficial to us and the company.

For now, all we did was to report everyday until further instructions were given for another changes. The concerns we have right now is that we still have to report personally and stay until the end of shift though we don't have any tasks given. If seen on a different light, it's good for the employees since we're paid without doing anything but to show ourselves.

I think we're just bored since there's nothing much to do inside. For a quite a while now, we often just sleep on the sleeping quarters, play games with friends and eat at the pantry. This might luxury but it's draining our wallets for we're always tempted by the foods. And yes, this concern was raised also to the higher ups.

For days that we've been doing nothing inside the company, I made a lot of progress with my roaming hero on Honor of Kings. Just a few more victories and I will be able to achieve an adept medal, then raise my rank in roaming. By now, I made it to Roaming Tier 15 and my Dyadia is Top 12 at Bacolod City.

At the back of the company building, there's a swimming for adults and kids. The building was once a hotel and was bought or rent by this BPO company, that's why they still had the other amenities. Until now, the pool is still accessible to outsiders but they have to pay an entrance fee. However, for the employees of our company, it's completely free and accessible anytime but we just need to follow the dress code and rules.

One morning, my colleagues decided to unwind at the swimming pool. I'm really amazed with the confidence that they have. The pool is visible inside the building since the walls are mostly glass, but these people aren't embarrassed of being seen.

As long as they're enjoying and following the rules, they don't care of people watching. As for me, I often try to bring lighter bags when going outside so I deliberately didn't bring any extra clothes for this swimming session. Also, I don't feel like swimming then suffer from the cold temperature when going back inside.

I might just be too lazy to join then because that's usually I am when I don't feel like what doing something. While they are enjoying the waters on the pool, I am just playing on my phone. That's okay, what's important is we are all happy at that moment.
