LOST CONFIDENCE: FINDING HOPE Agn

I´m fully motivated for another day full of achievements and fun tasks to work on!

i am @ayakaliman and i want to welcome you to my blog, thank you for always creating time to read through my writings here on hive.

I woke up this morning with so much hope in my heart after few experiences i had with my phone this few days which really made me confused and lost hope because i lost some vital files, documents and datas on my phone. The one that got me to heart was the once i saved on my Google drive. Suddenly everything couldn't be found on my drive. It was like a nightmare. It was really frustrating because i needed the datas to complete and carry out a function.

As a result of that experience i lost confidence and hope of achieving success on what i set before me to do. But while i kept trying to find my way around that asking questions and seek help from other people especially @ovey10 i started getting refreshed and strengthen.

It's on this premise i decided to write to encourage someone out there who have "Lost Confidence" to encourage someone who has given up on life:

Lost Confidence: Finding Hope Again.
Losing confidence can be a debilitating experience, especially when life's challenges seem insurmountable. Unpleasant experiences can leave deep scars, making it difficult to find hope again. However, it's essential to remember that confidence can be rebuilt, and hope can be rekindled.

Just like myself, i have to rebuilt my confidence and also rekindle my hope in the midst of the confusion i was in and to be sincere I'm still trying because i haven't gotten through yet I'm still fighting.

Acknowledge and Accept:
The first step towards rebuilding confidence is to acknowledge and accept the emotions that come with losing it. It's essential to recognize that feelings of inadequacy, self-doubt, and hopelessness are normal. Acknowledge the pain and the struggles, but also accept that these emotions don't define your worth or potential.

Identify the Sources: Reflecting on the sources of lost confidence can help you address the root causes. Is it a past failure, a toxic relationship, or a traumatic experience? Identifying the sources can help you develop strategies to overcome them. Like me, my own source was a traumatic experience i have identified some and I'm still on it at the moment instead given up and harming yourself.

Focus on Strengths: Rather than dwelling on weaknesses, focus on your strengths and the things you do well. Celebrate your achievements, no matter how small they may seem. Focusing on your strengths can help you regain confidence in your abilities.

Surround Yourself with Positivity:
The people you surround yourself with can significantly impact your confidence. Seek out supportive friends, family, or a therapist who can encourage and motivate you. Positive affirmations, inspiring stories, and uplifting environments can also help you rebuild confidence. In my case i called @ovey10 and Ntul wisdom and few others who have really stood by me, guided me on what to do. I even have to make Whatsapp video calls sharing my screen with them just so i can get through and surmount the challenge at hand.

Take Small Steps:
Rebuilding confidence is a gradual process. Take small steps towards your goals, and celebrate your successes along the way. Break down larger goals into smaller, manageable tasks to help you build momentum and confidence. This understanding has really helped me to take it easy with myself.

Practice Self-Care:
Taking care of your physical, emotional, and mental well-being is essential for rebuilding confidence. Engage in activities that bring you joy, practice mindfulness, and prioritize rest and relaxation. Seek Professional Help. If lost confidence is severe or persistent, consider seeking help from a mental health professional. They can provide you with personalized guidance, support, and strategies to overcome confidence-destroying thought patterns and behaviors.

Losing confidence can be a painful experience, but it's not a permanent state. By acknowledging and accepting your emotions, identifying the sources of lost confidence, focusing on your strengths, surrounding yourself with positivity, taking small steps, practicing self-care, and seeking professional help when needed, you can rebuild confidence and find hope again.

Remember, confidence is not something you either have or you don't – it can be developed and strengthened over time. Hope this help someone to handle his or her challenges with confidence and ease. Have a very beautiful and blessed day ahead.
