I love to sleep and listen to music when I am stressed. It just automatically cools me down. I watch movies too but I end up feeling sleepy halfway lol
A lot of people talk about gym therapy. I think I have to try it someday

If you ever try gym therapy, you may turn out to love it as it helps induce sleep faster. And I imagine you love a good rest sleeping.
