Buenos días, buenas tardes, buenas noches, estimados amigos músicos de todas partes del mundo. Deseo que todos estén disfrutando de buena salud, armonía familiar, estabilidad laboral y libertad financiera.

Hoy les traigo la canción "Claro que no siento pena", una "periquera" . El patrón rítmico de la periquera es un 3/4. La periquera es una de los 22 ritmos reconocidos del joropo
llanero venezolano.




Este tema no creo que lo hayan escuchado. Fue compuesto por Juan González, socio de SACVEN Sociedad de Autores y Compositores de Venezuela) - quién falleciera hace alrededor de 2 años.

Esta grabación la hice al aire libre, rodeada de estimados amigos y vecinos. Colaboraron conmigo grabando, tocando las maracas y el "ruido de ambiente" que se puede llegar a percibir es el ruido de la alegría, la amistad y la buena vecindad.





Esta bella periquera le canta al llano y se que a quien la escucha desde la urbe le llega la brisa cálida y risueña del llano venezolano junto con el abrazo amistoso de un pueblo que ha pasado más penurias de las que se relatan pero no ha perdido la capacidad de cantar y sonreír.

Today I bring you the song "Claro que no siento pena" (Of course I don't feel sorry), a "periquera." The rhythmic pattern of the periquera is 3/4 time. The periquera is one of the 22 recognized rhythms of the Venezuelan llanero joropo.





I don't think you've heard this song. It was composed by Juan González, a member of SACVEN (Society of Authors and Composers of Venezuela), who passed away about two years ago.

I made this recording outdoors, surrounded by dear friends and neighbors. They collaborated with me by recording, playing the maracas, and the "ambient noise" you might hear is the sound of joy, friendship, and good neighborliness.
