Not only was it a spectacular and brilliant walk, but also a tour full of art, wonderful architecture and a lot of history, with incredible views, not only of the aqueduct itself, but also of the imposing natural landscape.
I was struck by the olive tree with its 5-metre trunk and its age! It's great that they preserve such important things in this way, both natural and historical, as well as ancient buildings. I really fell in love with the place and the beautiful photographs. Thank you for that!

Thank you so much for your thoughtful reply and support.
It was great having you along for the walk. We saw so much. I love ancient structures like this… they make me feel humble and I wonder about long forgotten times.
I just had to include the tree. It was magnificent to see.
Have a beautiful Thursday.
