As I always tell you, you have a spectacular way of narrating, which takes the reader inside the story until they feel what the characters feel. The dialogue is perfect and there is a lot of quality in the writing, I love that.
As for the story, it's fantastic, a version of the tree, apple, snake and humans. It seems in your story there are no longer humans and other consciousnesses want to know what it was to be human. Your story brings to reflection how humans don't appreciate the simple things in life like the senses, seeing, enjoying eating, smelling, touching, hearing. It is not easy to be human, but it is worth it. Thank you for this story and your impeccable writing. Hug!

Thank you for this insightful and encouraging comment. You touch upon the key issue in the story. We often walk around on automatic without paying much attention to the complexities of being alive.
