The struggle

What do you do when you can't let go? What do you say when you just don't know how you feel? And you know nobody knows how you feel. What do you you do when life is just happening all at once and you feel overwhelmed that you need to talk to someone, you know you have to talk to someone, you wish you could talk to someone but you can't! The reason why you can't is not because there's no one to talk to but the fact that you do not know how to turn those feelings into words.

It'll be wrong for me to imagine that everyone goes through this but I know for a fact that people go through this and it's hard to express. Do you deal with the fact that those close to you think you're shutting them out or that you do not want to open up, or the fact that the struggle is really getting to you and you need to figure it out. Or do you deal with the problems that just never seem to go away. Or how you intend on tackling your feelings and be sane again. Or better still do you just switch on that inner mode of numbness and just let it take over where you do not seem to feel anything again?

The struggle people say is real but do they really know what the struggle is? Quite already the struggle for money is on a rise but do we also know that that's not the entirety of what that statement should be centered on? The struggle for yours and mine mental health is actually the realest! We can't navigate this life without being mentally alright. So instead of trying to make someone know what you feel why not understand how you feel better? Cause the truth is someone can only understand the explanation of how you feel once you explain it to them well and for you to do that, you need to understand your feelings first!
