The Robot Will Be Perfect For Me
After being sick for about a week now, and immediately I started feeling better, my children took over and I have no choice but to act strong so that I can take care of them. It is really overwhelming for me because I also need to be pampered and cared for but here I am taking care of others who needs the care more than me.
Concentrating on care for the kids and myself, the laundry and other house chores are left unattended to because I can't cut myself into pieces. I can only do the little I can without any help or assistance from anyone. I'm still recovering and my kids still need attention because they are still on drugs.
Taking them to the hospital this morning again to see the doctor is making me really sick because the laundry is just starring at me angrily and I feel really sad. I just realized how much I needed help. I really wish I had someone or something that could help me with all my chores as I concentrate on caring for myself and my babies because doing all is affecting me greatly.
The fact remains that every woman needs help coupled with the fact that we are with career moms. Waking up early cooking and preparing kids for school at the same time also preparing for work is actually very draining and stressful. No one is a super woman, we are just trying to make it all workout and it's telling on our health and wellbeing. It is also affecting efficiency at work and productivity at home.
These days one could actually consider a maid but the risk that comes with maids outweighs the benefits. All of my friends that tried to get a maid at one time or the other ended up regretting it some even had prices to pay for their losses. I don't want to learn from my own mistake. So, getting a maid is totally out of the question.
With everything I've said, If there was a robot that could do every chore perfectly in the house, from cleaning to cooking and taking care of kids, I will so get that robot with my last penny. I have discovered that no woman has ever gotten the award for most hardworking before rather it's either through heart attack and high blood pressure that they know. I don't want to be part of that.
If the robot takes over all my chores, I will use my free time to bond with my family by having family time, I will use some time to concentrate on my education, go for higher certification and have a lot of me time. I will have time to attend functions, attend to religious matters and hangout more.
I do not think that having a robot that attend to chores will make is more dependent on robot. It's just a man made machine that could ease the labour of people and I don't think there is anything wrong with that. This is what I think for myself and on a more serious note, if that machine is available, I will make sure I get it.

With all what you’ve said ma’am it’s not a bad idea to go for the robot because body no be firewood but as for me I can only get the robot to clean the house.
As for taking care of my children, nah it can only be me doing that because robots can’t feel or tell when the children are going through something it is only human that could feel that.
You're right, everything that has got an advantage always have a disadvantage. If you notice in my post, I didn't include taking care of my kids as one of the things I listed that the robot would do for me. At the same time, the robot can actually keep an eye on a child while the parents are busy not for their whole lifetime.

Having robots do chores is a nice one and work load reduces specially for home with lots of children.

That is what I think.
When cars came, people stopped trekking miles if possibly it happens people will definitely embrace it.
It's not a bad idea of get a robots. To me those who need robots is the mothers, because it's not easy to wake up early in the morning to do household chores then start cooking and preparing kids for school then you yourself start preparing for work, it's tiresome because our bodies is not a firewood.
Also, if I have a robot I will never let it to care for my kids because they can't feel emotions or give people emotional support so I will he the one to care for my kids and tends to their needs.
