My pillar

A friend is a person who you like and enjoy being with, who supports your course.
I have been blessed with some people that I called friends. My friends are people that I can go to the ends of the earth for because I know they would do same for me.
I have a lot of acquaintance but a few friends. My friends are few because before I call you my friend I would have seen the treats of friendship and sacrifice in you. Let me talk about a few of my friends.

Ebiere, My doctor. we have been friends since we were babies I mean babies my mom said since we were crawling babies. so, we've been friends before we had sense, and we are still friends till date. She is a sweet sister, caring and nice she was the one that always defended me against my bullies in nursery school and she is still defending me till date. Our responsibilities, and looking for Greener pastures separate us but our friendship could not be separated. she said she wouldn't miss my wedding for anything and she came all the way from Bayelsa. she's actually a gift to me. she has been there for me financially spiritually and physically.

Mariam is another friend. my first friend in college. she was always there for me even when things were difficult. She would always encourage me. we became friends the first week in college and Mariam became my teacher, my chef my school mother she taught me how to prepare almost all kinds of local dishes. I learnt so much from her. Mariam is down to earth, very funny Jovial and smart. She is so truthful, she never sees a reason not to speak the truth. We discuss everything, from personal to marital, finance, everything. She's at the Ibadan and I'm in Lagos. Distance has never been a barrier Between us.

Abigail is my sister and friend this one is so troublesome and naughty but I can't do without her. I have no secrets when it comes to Abigail because she can read me like a book. I am the first person she calls whenever she is troubled or joyous. she's an accountant and the miser but when it comes to me, there's no money she can't spend. She would look you in the eye and tell you the truth without looking at your mood and you dare not get angry.

Matilda is a friend I met in 2017 where I was working and since then till now, she has proven beyond reasonable doubt that she can take a bullet for me. not just about what she says but she can go to any length just to make me smile. she's one of my friends and because of some of the things she has done for me in the past an even presently, no matter what she may do to offend me, I will forgive her without thinking twice.

All of us are doing very well in our different professions right now even in other aspects of life.

my friends have always had my back in hard times and good times. I've also played my part When they need me as well, that is why I called them my friends. I know the one to call when I need financial advice, I also know who to call when I need advice on professional and legal matters, Ebiere is there to talk to whenever I need advice on health issues. We have been there for one another financially, emotionally, morally, physically, and in every way I can think of. They have done things that money can't buy in my life I can say one of the things I'm proud of today as a person I owe it to them. They have been like a pillar for me and I know the would continue to be pillar.
The responsibilities of work and parenting never came between us We still have our time to talk and share ideas and make plans. Thank God for phone and social media that has helped our friendship.
