From the past, I gather my medicine

Every step I have taken to get here has been part of a greater, subtle, loving design, orchestrated between my soul and the universe. Without error. Everything I have experienced, the joys, the breaks, the beginnings, the endings, have been the perfect school for awakening my consciousness and expanding myself.

I look back with gratitude. Some time ago, from family constellations, the phrase “everything has been perfect, I accept everything as it was, and from today I choose to do...” came to me. Being more present with myself and my decisions also means valuing what I am going through without regrets.

Walking with intention and presence is a challenge with regard to every word we choose, every action we take, knowing that it is a seed sown in the vast universe of possibilities. Writing, creating, giving thanks, knowing that I am a co-creator of my reality and that my vibration attracts experiences in resonance with who I am. All of this so that I may become increasingly aware that I am the one who has the power, and that when I give it to the “outside,” I also have the opportunity to return to myself to choose.

From the past, I have brought my medicine.
From it, I learned that laughter is the most beautiful gift I have.
That singing is praying.
That my ancestors are wise, that their path is a map, and that they always accompany me.

Life has asked me to embody the medicine I share, going through my own dark nights of the soul and then rising up with greater lightness.

Some time ago, I wrote a song that says, “You have to bring the good from the past, forget the rest.” What hurts, what no longer works, is all compost to fertilize the soil where we will continue to sow until the last second of our days.

Looking back, I can see how many times I chose to trust instead of fear, to love instead of resist, to go all in, to create from new places. That gives me strength, understanding that my commitment is not to external success, but to internal coherence. And when that aligns, everything flows.

Technology as an extension of magic

It took me a long time to understand what technology is and what it is for. When we use it purposefully and consciously, it becomes an extension of prayer, a channel for radiating light, like everything else on this earth. Simplicity and practicality are what it was created for. It makes our lives simpler, lightens heavy work, and encourages us to live from our gifts (the pandemic set a precedent). On the other hand, it enhances science, security, and many other areas, helping us to live better. The rest is simply that part of us that also wants to take shortcuts in everyday life, and so we fall into misuse. We are made of polarities, and our task is to bring ourselves into constant balance because, in one way or another, we will always want our children and grandchildren to live more easily than we did, and that undoubtedly translates into technology.

From my home in nature, surrounded by cats, horses, a river, plants, and wind, I have been able to:

• Share singing, dancing, and laughter yoga circles with people from all over the planet.
• Create podcasts and vibrational content that inspire healing processes (in addition to my own).
• Study and also learn new tools such as editing and design to communicate my message beautifully.
• Receive unexpected and expected resources thanks to spaces like #Hive and #telegram with communities where the spoken word is valuable.

I do not separate the ancestral from the modern; both worlds coexist within me, and I honor them with joy. Just as a plant needs soil and sun, my dreams are always expanding, growing, and finding their roots through practice and encountering what only the earth can give us. There is also technology in the earth, and I nourish myself there as well. I always seek to find its medicine, which, like everything else, is available but also requires study in order to be used for our greater benefit.

In conclusion:

• “I sow light.” Where technology, art, spirituality, and tribe come together, there will always be an opportunity to create consciously.

• Each cycle has its rhythm, and the Universe always responds precisely to the vibration we hold (which is who we are).

• I choose to say yes to what expands me and thank you to what transforms me.
