Splinterlands Wallpapers - Conclave Arcane Promo Cards and Gorgug

Hello everyone!

When the Conclave Arcane presale ends on may 13th, two new neutral cards will be ready to be claimed by those who purchased Conclave Arcana packs, based on the number of points they earned from purchasing the packs.

For every 40,000 Presale points earned, you will receive 1 guaranteed Arcane Skinwalker (rare). And to obtain the legendary creature, Gramel the Hunger, you need to reach at least 400,000 points.

Each card obtained has a 4% chance to be Gold Foil when claimed. And you can also receive one guaranteed Gold Foil of each rarity for every 25 copies earned.

Standard pack: Contains 5 cards, with 1 guaranteed to be rare or better.
It costs $4, you will earn 4,000 points.

Alchemy pack: Contains 5 cards, with 1 guaranteed to be rare or better. Additionally 1 card is guaranteed to be Gold Foil. It costs $12, and you earn 12,000 points.

Legendary pack: Contains 5 cards, with 1 guaranteed to be Legendary.
It costs $24, which means 24,000 points.

ARCANE SKINWALKER THE SHAPESHIFTER

Arcane Skinwalker is a fiend unit, and can have up to a magic attack power of 3. Speed of 3, 6 health points and 4 armor at max level, not bad for a rare card. Its main ability, Shapeshift will allow it to have all the bloodlines, meaning that Skinwalker can receive all the buff of all the new Archons, being able to gain more abilities.

Skinwalker will also increase the melee attack of its allies, while reducing the magic attack power of enemy units by 1. It also likes to play hide and seek, so it cannot be targeted by direct attacks thanks to its Camouflage ability.

Arcane Skinwalker will shine most in the magic battles, its Inspire ability may not work there, but its Silence ability will. And as I mentioned before, its Shapeshift ability will make the biggest difference, as it can gain the bloodline ability the Archon has.

GRAMEL THE HUNGER, THE DEVOURER

Gramel the Hunger, like its companion Skinwalker, is also a fiend shapeshifter, capable of having any bloodline and can Camouflage itself very well to devour its victims.

This legendary creature has three different types of attacks, each with an attack power of 2. It has 3 speed, 7 health points, and 1 armor at max level.

Gramel can already attack from the backline, since it has the magic and ranged attack, but thanks to its Charge ability, it will also perform a melee attack from any position. But it won't attack linearly with its magic and ranged attacks, as it has the Scattershot ability, which forces it to attack random enemies when Gramel is in the backline.

It also has the new ability, Relentless Strike, which grants it true strike damage, meaning its attacks will deal unmitigated damage equal to its power. Therefore, it will not deal reduced damage to units with defensive abilities like the well known Grimbardun Smith. In fact, if it attacks a Void, Shield, or Forcefield unit, it will deal 1 extra damage, a truly aggresive creature.

GORGUG THE ENDLESS, THE WARCHIEF

Gorgug the Endless, is the new Orc summoner Archon, has the Bloodline Dominion, which will allow the player to summon any Orc and any Shapeshifter, like the two promo cards Arcane Skywalker and Gramel the Hunger.

If i'm not mistaken, the ability that is in green, which is Void, will be the one that all your units will be able to have. And the other ability right next to Bloodline Dominion will be granted to all allied Orcs, in this case they will have the Enrage ability, which means they will gain +50% melee attack power and speed when they are not at full health. I like this, as Orcs tend to be aggresive, the Enrage ability is perfect for them.

Do you like the new Conclave Arcane Promo cards? They both have great designs and I'm sure they will be very powerful, especially in high mana battles. Those cards would be cool for a Halloween theme.
