it is not clear, to me, if you are directing this comment (duplicated) at me; mankind can only be governed by One’s own consent.
i agree that no one, nor group, of any wo/man has authority over any Other… and, that no One can delegate any authority One does not possess… however, man can/does consent to granting Others, on occasion, authority over himself. granted, many times that consent, to being governed, is made tacitly.

I disagree that filing papers is the route to freedom.
The fraud is moot on its face.
Any law repugnant to one's natural rights is null, ergo, no need to jump through hoops to have freedom.

yes, you are correct… True Freedom comes from within the heart / mind / Soul-Spirit of wo/manKIND; and, “the pen is mightier than the sword”… but, neither weapon can defend One’s Freedom unless One possesses said Freedom already within.
so, i agree again with you that, filing/recording/publishing documents is not the route to Freedom… the declarations made on, and for, the public record are our person’s defenders of the wo/man’s birthright to Freedom. 👑
we could put our govern-mental services contractors back into their box, and fortunately it is only a “paper” box 📦 that THEY have escaped from, and enslaved our PRRSONs into (for the past 160+ years)… but now, thanks to the Power of the pen 🖊 and the Will of Mankind, things are being Righted!
