The Power Of Listening
Hello Hive Learners Community! Welcome to my blog. Either it is Speech or teaching Listening is more important than Hearing. Hearing is the passive process of interpreting things, while listening is the active process of focusing on and making an interpretation. If we value people, then we listen to them; when we want to ignore someone, we only hear what we want to. We should also accept that our words and behaviour also have a fate, whether someone will like to hear us or listen to us. A good Listening power makes us successful in our lives.

Words Power: Mastering In Communication
From my childhood, I have witnessed that there are people who articulate in words like Diamond, and the whole crowd likes to listen to them. They have pure magic in their words and know very well how to grab attention from the public. Without knowing the significance of words, we can't make our crowd good listeners. It is an art and we have to learn it from good speakers.

Although my personality is not good at creating good listeners, it is my keen desire to learn this art. It is funny whenever I speak, it is only my mum who can bear my voice, and the other family members hardly survive sitting beside me whenever I'm speaking. I'm not good at creating good listeners, but I'm a good listener. I love to value people by their words.
I can still remember those stories I listened to from my Grandparents. I can recall thousands of words that I listened to while I grew in their guidance. I'm happy that God has gifted me with listening skills. There was a time when I was struggling in learning. I was one of the shy kids who liked to sit in the last corner of the class. Whenever my teacher liked to take Viva, I was always 1st in getting punishments. These things I discussed with my Grandparents and my mum. They all found the shortcomings in my study. They mentioned that I'm not focusing on listening to lectures delivered by our teachers. A few months later, I also came to realise I was only hearing, not listening.

When I converted my versions into a good listener things started working magically. From 3rd grade to 5th Grade, I topped my class in second position. It is the only power of listening that has helped me in my learning.
Final Thoughts
There is a lot of difference between Hearing and Listening. 1st, we need to understand the soul and boundaries of listening, then we should work on it. Anyone can hear our words, but words can work well when they have been listened to. There is research that when we hear things, the sound remains for nanoseconds in our brain without making a memory about it. But when we listen to things, they sound good although they remain for a second, but leave a good impression and a sharp memory. Whether we are speakers or learners, we need to develop listening skills. There are many online communication courses available on the internet. If we are struggling with listening, then we can get online coaching. A good listener always has a good memory.

I have realized that some people suck at keeping people's attention even when they have important things to say. so as we try to improve our listening ability, we should also be good at speaking as well
Exactly, we should be good speaker and listener. Thanks!
