Hello GEMS! Welcome to my blog. Bussiness is better option to feed your family generation after generation. Although, it is risky but it provides a good revenue for supporting one country's economics. In my homeland, there is currently instability and uncertainty in political structure that is in favor of corruption. After election, it has been about 13 days still there is no confirmation who shall take hold for governance. All these factors are raising the clouds of inflation on the sky of general public. The economical condition will be the worst one in coming days because we have to repay the loans taken by IMF and friend Countries. Hence, high inflation will not provide an easy life for simple job's holder.

There are many opportunities available around the world for investment. There should be proper education about Bussiness Management for taking decisions promptly. Only small mistake can burn our all investment hence it is better to learn about Bussiness before making any investment.

In my homeland, although I found many Bussiness opportunities but I 'm more interested in Real Estate Bussiness. This Bussiness has the potential to increase my portfolio. Moreover, I have dealing with Real Estate Consultant through my father. I already have shared my story that how I was able to turn my investment into 4X profit by implementing on strangers advice. It was the start of my interest in real estate. Now, If I have 10 PKR/ then I shall happily invest them into plates. It is easy to buy a plate for me and to construct it into a good looking building. Then each shop in this building will bring more profit than my investment.

Limitations in Opening Store or Restaurants

I love to enjoy life freely. Hence, the handling of store or restaurant looked tough to me. Moreover, I need trained staff for the management of Store and Restaurants, it is another drawback that restricted my interest in them. Currently, Government in Pakistan has increased SOP's for a sustainable store or restaurant through Punjab Food Authority and Drug Authority. If any small mistake happened, our government has rights to close our store and restaurants. It will directly freeze my assets. Hence, I 'm totally non-interested making investment in them.

Time is money. There should be a skill and sincerely to change time into money. I don't like hard ways of making money. Our world is fast and it has many means of fast earning If we knew how to tackle with scammers and spammers. It looked strange to me if I have fifty thousands HBD and I shall invest them in opening store or restaurant. I shall surely will invest this amount in Real Estate Bussiness. I shall build a good looking infrastructure and sell them in 4X profit.

Moreover, when I looked the coming worst condition in Pakistan then the one and only Bussiness at which I can make my investment with trust is Real Estate one. There is no need to push ourselves into risky and tough tasks, we should invest in sustainable Bussiness structure to make our life easy and enjoyable.
