Hello Hive Learners Community! Welcome to my blog. On Hive Blockchain, HL Community is my best community among all other communities because it has helped me in understanding of Hive Blockchain and has provided me a niche for my hive growth. In each week, It is an honor for me to participate in three featured contents and in Creative Sunday. In HL Each Featured Content, I have learned many things. Hence, I never like to miss participating in any HL activity. Today, I shall love to share all those lessons that I learned on Hive Blockchain in this post.

Big Lessons in Short Time

After Joining Hive Blockchain, I struggled a lot for learning. It had been about 10 Months here and still I 'm doing my best to learn anything that can be helpful in my betterment here. During this Period, I 'm grateful to HL Community where I learned many Important Lessons. Among them, I shall like to share following three important lessons here.

• Community Engagement is a Key to Success on Hive
• Community Trust is a main element for the Hive Growth
• Community Interaction is an easy route for exchanging information

1.Community Engagement

First big lesson I learned from HL Community On Hive Platform that daily posting is not enough. For learning, we have to engage ourselves in each community activity. In Each activity, we meet to different people and we find an opportunity to learn from them. I like to Upvote, comment and reblogged some awesome HL Featured posts. During my commentary on HL posts, I always came to know about some interesting aspects from authors. Either it is Weekly Hustling in Discord or Heart to Heart Session on X, my every engagement paid me with knowledge. In Short, if we want success on hive then we should increase our engagement in Featured Contents, and Weekly Sessions in HL for learning and quiring about some facts we are still unaware after joining Hive Platform. If we didn't visit other Featured posts, then no one will like to visit and appreciate on our posts.

2. Community Trust

After applying for HL Verification, I was feeling disappointed because my verification application was not accepted immediately. It took about three months in my verification. During these three months, I came to realize that there is nothing for disappointment. To save ourselves from Scammers and Spammers, HL Community sometimes take this decision and it required time for building trust about ourselves. Being Newbie, I never stopped my Hive Journey and brought improvement in my content. I won the trust of Hive People by showing my sincerity, improvement in my content and engagement in different activities. After winning Community trust, I 'm satisfied with my Hive Progress. Now, I shall like to comment, upvote and reblogged those featured posts whose authors have HL badges and have completed HL verification because I knew these people are trustable for me.

3. Community Interaction

In each Week, HL team organized voting opportunity for HL members and Heart to Heart Session for different topics. On this occasion, We have big chance to interact with featured authors. Through this interaction, we can ask different question about Hive and take their guidance. Our Each Interaction paid us in the form of knowledge.

My Achievements

Being 10 months old Hivian, I have earned some titles that are my achievements. I have won author of the week title in Actifit and HL Community. Being Pakistani, I 'm happy to get title of Hive Pakistan Apprentice Curator from dlmmqb. I have won LEO incentive currently and LEO and Hive delegation by Sir Taskmaster4450 by participating in LPUD. My current hive reputation is about 69 with 1700+ HP that I shall consider as my achievement. Moreover, I have won looter of the week title in Neoxian City Discord. It looked funny but I shall consider it as my achievement because it is never an easy to win this title if you are Neoxian City Discord member then you should know it.

My Mistakes

In the beginning, I have done some mistakes that I proudly want to share here because it will save many Hive Newbies.

Being Photographer, I started sharing my some clicks in Black and White Community without reading this Community rules. After few hours, my post got muted. When I asked the reason from their moderators, they recommended me to read their community rules because I have not followed them. Hence, I shall recommend everyone that before posting in any Community we should first read their rules and then we must follow them to save ourselves from any trouble.

Once I participated in the contest by Weekend Experiences Community by Sir Galenkp. I have used its Community logo without taking permission from him. He scolded me in the comment of my post and warned me not to repeat this mistake again otherwise he would deal with me through punishment. Anyway, God saved me from further shame. I did apologize from him and promised not to repeat again. Hence, I shall recommend everyone that we should take permission from the the owners before using a logo, a cover, a sketch or any art in a community.

In Neoxian City Discord, there are daily announced three giveaways one by Mr Dragon and two by Assistant Dragon. In the past, when Mr D Announced the Mintisters Game Giveaway, I participated in it without reading the rules of the giveaway. Although, I was picked up by bot but it put me into trouble. Mr D punished me and I was feeling shame. After that, I 'm now more careful about any giveaway. First, I read the directions mentioned there and then I like to enter in it.

Misconceptions

1. When I joined Hive Platform, there were many misconceptions about Hive Features in my mind. With Zero Knowledge about Resource Credits, I always out of RC for commenting and posting. I was thinking RC is reduced when we made wrong comment or upvote to a spam posts. With time, it becomes clear RC is linked with our HP not with Wrong Comments or like.
2. When I joined Hive, I was thinking that Ecency, Peakd and Hive Blog are different platforms that generates different rewards for us. For getting good Hive rewards, we should use all of them. In the beginning, I had made posts using Peakd, ecency and Hive blog. For example, If my one hive post has received rewards of 3$ then I was expecting to get 3×3=9$ reward. When I started using Hive, I came to realize hive has different frontiers. When we post from any hive frontier, it is found on all frontier. The rewards generated by any post is same for all frontier. Every frontier will not bring different rewards for us. This misconceptions become more clear when I started Hive withdraw through Binance.

On Hive Platform, there is Sea of Knowledge. In one month or one year, we can't learn everything precisely. Moreover, we commit mistakes during our learning. Hence, we should not be fast or should not be slow in getting knowledge about Hive Blockchain. We should move gradually in the process of learning. Each mistake bring many lessons for us. My HL journey looked amazing, I 'm happy to be part of this amazing community. In last 100 Weeks although I have participated in some weeks featured contents but I witnessed many moral stories. My HL Journey is still on and I 'm confident to learn many lessons from HL team.
