Around gardens by the bay

Good day everyone. I hope everybody's good. Even though the weather was not at our side (raining) it still didn't stop us from doing what we had planned. Today we come to visit one of Singapore's tourist attractions. The gardens by the bay. It consists of a lot of attractions but today we just visited the garden rhapsody with the different lights along with the supertrees.

This is the famous SUPERTREES. It's manmade structures fashioned from concrete and steel frames. Their branches angled to the sky. Now that Christmas is approaching, they put on different colored lights. They also put enchanted music that goes with the lights changing and flashing, I hope I can capture photos together with the sound at the same time.
We also stumble upon the walk of lights.

Upon walking through it, I felt like it was a cave of lights. It's shape from a distance reminds me of the cave I saw back home. It has beautiful lights that keep on changing as you pass through it.

Upon going farther we reach the ship of lights. It looks like it was sailing in the ocean of lights. I wish I could sail with it.

There's a lot to explore here in the place, but because it's raining we need to rush to find shelter, otherwise, we need to use an umbrella all the time. We also got the chance to meet Santa here but because of the rain, we didn't bother to take photos with him.

On our way out, we decided to drop by the food court to find something to eat, there's a lot of food stall that offers different variety of foods. A lot of people are there and choosing what to eat. While we were eating there's also this enchanted music that goes with the dinosaur. This dinosaur is placed in the center of the food court. It was positioned and resting on top of what seems to be tree trunks (Although I'm not sure). When the music starts, this dinosaur would start moving. It seems like the sound is coming from it. I was thinking, if this dinosaur would come to life, how can we save ourselves? I would keep looking to the nearest exit just in case.

After eating we again go one more round to explore the place once more. This time the rain became heavier.

We stayed there for a bit more time and took some photos and walked along the different lights and there was also a snowman but I didn't get the chance to take the photo cause it's difficult to hold an umbrella and take photos at the same time. I have to take turns with my friend to hold the umbrella if one is taking photos. I wish we had rescheduled our trip if we know that it's going to be a rainy weather. We could have stayed longer and explored more if the weather was on our side, but it's still worth the trip and sightseeing.

It took me a while before I was able to write a blog again due to busy schedule at work. Working overseas is not that easy and there are times that I ran out of energy🤣. Still, thankful and consider myself lucky. Also, wishing all OFW out there to find some time to go out and enjoy especially on their restdays.
