$400M Liquidated in Just 1 Hour
Last night, we had a massive market drop, which might be for a variety of causes. Some claim that the SEC has difficulties with the market, while others discuss other news.
But I believe the true reason is liquidity grabbing. Keep in mind that the market is always dominated by whales and institutions. Big money plays a significant impact in the market, which is why over $400 million was liquidated within an hour.
Have you ever thought about how whales and institutions profit from the market? Yes, they only profit from the pump and dump scenario.
First, they create an unreal direction, and when people start following, they do the reverse. In this situation, they will grab the liquidities, stop losses, and gain money in the process.
It's incredibly painful to see that approximately $400 million has been grabbed from individuals, and I see people crying about losing their money. Without a sure, it is hurtful, but its the mistake of themselves.
They use high leverage and open trades that go against the whales' direction. They don't know where the liquidity is or how whales can move the market.
Another mistake they make is not using a stop loss for their trades, which will undoubtedly result in significant losses.
If I were to speak for myself, I would completely reject the futures market because it initially provides a good profit but will liquidate your wallet with a single trade.
I never trade futures, but instead use the spot market with suitable tactics. I use around four different trading techniques, and they all work.
If you want to learn more about my trading techniques, please read my posts, where I go into detail about them as well as my long-term plans.
In conclusion, I recommend that you never trade futures and instead use a slow but profitable spot trading strategy.
