     In the Philippines education is very important, especially because so many folks from this country go abroad to work. This new BUDGET UNIVERSITY IS A BARGAIN, and now a higher education has never been more affordable.

     This university is able to offer nearly free tuition due to a lack of landscaping, maintenance, electricity, and even staff members. Here you enroll DIY style, there are no class rosters, and nobody ever fails, not even ghosts. Wait a minute, did you say ghosts!?

     Heading over to Malaysia where we have a KID NOT IMPRESSED BY AN EMPTY PLATE at a fancy restaurant. She was warned that the fancier the restaurant, the smaller the portion sizes, but this was a bit extreme.

     At this new trendsetting restaurant, portions are so small that they are only visible with a microscope. Because of this super small size the dishes each cost $500 to $2,000, but that's not a big deal when you're a hungry kid without a job.

     ICE-FARTING IS NOT FOR EVERYONE, but is a cheap hobby/sport/punishment, depending on how you look at. It's as simple as claim a corner of the ice slab and begin melting it with DIY methane and butt heat. There is usually a lot of money on the line, so cheating tactics like salting one's butt are prohibited.

     Spectators are allowed to stand uncomfortably close and taunt competitors, saying things like "You call that a fart?" "Need more ice?" and "You look like a walrus." They aren't good taunts, but they are taunts regardless, and it's all part of what makes this strange sport fun.
