From time to time we all have a desire to exercise on equipment and technology of decades past, and now that I have a truckload of new old stock, we can vintage exercise our hearts out.

     I am not sure what percentage of ASEAN Hivers have their tetanus shots, but you might wanna get a jab from doctor before exploring the new space I've organized for all this old school equipment. What better way to experience these strange devices other than by the decade, starting from the 1940s and ending in the 1980s.

     We got fat jiggling machines, electroschock therapy, exercise balls, bikes, treadmills, and so much more. Some equipment does contain lead and asbestos but these machines have been clearly labeled, and there are special safety suits to wear when exercising on these slightly hazardous machines. I recommend the roller skating simulator and electroshock therapy, but I don't know why cause my memory has been fried yo'! My triumphant return to bowling after 2 weeks of inactivity

^{(ᴇxᴄᴇʀᴘᴛ)} I had made a plan to go bowling while I was visiting Thailand at some of the bowling alleys in that country but it just didn't happen for me. There were a lot of things that I didn't do that I planned to do mostly because my time there seemed to evolve around partying with old friends and well, my buddy needing emergency surgery eliminated basically everything that I had planned for that particular leg of the trip.

^{(ᴇxᴄᴇʀᴘᴛ)} We recently decided to expand our operations to another local temple since we have experienced some level of success at our other temples that we monitor. These locations are easier for us to control since we have eyes on the ground in the case of the monks that live there and many of them care deeply for the dogs but just do not have the resources to provide help on their own. Monks aren't supposed to have any possessions but I suppose a mobile phone is allowed because how else are you going to play Clash of Clans?

Trying Penang's famous Ais Tingkap

^{(ᴇxᴄᴇʀᴘᴛ)} Before heading back to Kuala Lumpur, I and my family stop by Pulau Pinang or also known as Penang. There are some places in Penang that I wanted to visit. The places are such as Hameediyah, Deen, Ais Tingkap, and Wonder Food Museum. I have always wanted to try the Ais Tingkap for quite some time now. But during my previous visit, the queue was ridiculously long. For this trip, I have planned and I've ensured that I will arrive at Ais Tingkap right when they just open for business for the day.

So painful to be in pain; Injury almost gone

^{(ᴇxᴄᴇʀᴘᴛ)} I really had to wrap my leg yesterday and knee because it's even more painful when my skin feels cold. Good thing hubby had a fist wrap which works great at binding. Hubby was on a boxing tournament that day and went home late. The next day, he went to another amateur boxing tournament and came home late again and I had to endure the pain. I went to work that day and bathed in the morning which is a bad thing I had done.
