     So how is everybody doing this week. Today we got our VIPs to the front row in the best theater in the world and of course you can watch anything you want. If you want to watch Squid Game which is popular right now or a classic Home Alone. It is all up to you or maybe you want to watch Dumb & Dumber or a scary movie like Scream. You name it they have it, you can even watch it while swimming or doing black-flips if you are good enough to do a back-flip cause I can't.

     Did I mention that after the movies the actors will come and meet you and doing silly things for you as well like for example eating apples while doing a back-flip. So VIPs what movie are you watching?, and are you going to watch it while eating an apple and do a back-flip at the same time or not? Don't forget the popcorn cause what's a movie without popcorn.

I've plateaued with weight-loss. Now what?

^{(ᴇxᴄᴇʀᴘᴛ)} Before I started losing weight I had heard stories about plateauing which, in case you don't know, is when you are sticking to your program of diet and exercise but your weight loss just stalls at a certain point and you don't seem to be losing any weight anymore no matter what you do. For me, when this started happening and I first noticed it about Friday of last week, I initially started blaming myself as I started to put everything under a microscope that I had done.

I was truly impressed by some of the old buildings here that are still well-preserved by the government.

My parents and I also love singing, and music has been an integral part of our everyday lives. In the morning, my father would turn on my laptop and open Spotify. We usually use our TV's speakers since the quality is much better.

^{(ᴇxᴄᴇʀᴘᴛ)} I suddenly needed sand for my housework. Later, I called my uncle. My uncle told me to come. I immediately took my motorcycle and went to my uncle. Together, we crossed Hazirhat in Rangpur and entered a lane (in Balapara village) in front of Hazirhat police station. There were many sands for sale there. My purpose of going was to buy sand. I took some pictures with ease, seeing the nature and environment there. And I spent some time enjoying some natural scenes including the harsh lifestyle of the people.

As fro me I got busy with thing in life especially at work and I regret to say that I spent most of my time in reels. Anyway, I am here to make up time with hive and I hope I could make it everyday. Back when our kids were still very small, the husband and I really needed a lot of help and good thing that my husband's side of family had many nieces and they are very willing to help us meet our daily needs.
