Hi, everyone I'm back with another 3 posts from some amazing people in ASEAN Hive. The first one is made by @maulidar. Crispy sweet potatoes are one of my favorite snacks. I've always wondered how they were made to get the crispiness, here sometimes people made it with bananas but I prefer potatoes. Well the recipes doesn't look hard and if you like crispy sweet potatoes then recipe is perfect.
The next post is made by @piyamas. You know it is good when the market only opens once a week, usually those markets have the best snacks and food. If there is one here and not far from home I would go everyday. I also like sushi but there aren't many vegan sushi so it is hard to buy it. Anyway all those food and snacks there looks really good, I am hungry again just by looking at it.
The last is post made by @reidenling90. Most people prefer street food for breakfast over fancy restaurants. Even rich people come to eat street food and street food here are usually better than the restaurant ones. There are also a lot to choose from like this stall has rice, the other stall has porridge, and so one. Anyway those Kuay Jaap looks great.

A few days ago I bought sweet potatoes on the side of the road while walking in the afternoon, the plan I wanted to make compote with sweet potatoes but because I thought if I made compote there was still a lot of ingredients that had to be bought again so I was lazy if I have to go out again to buy it all

And of course, I won't miss stopping by here when the market opens.Because it was time for me to drive past to go home after I picked up my kids from school. Yesterday the weather was quite hot. I arrived at the market around 4 pm. There were still few people because the vendors had just finished setting up their shops.I saw that some vendors were loading items from their cars to set up the shop.
Normal yet packed with flavorful meal from street

Let me show you some of my recent discover food stall. As you can see, is a normal or so called olden days types of extension. Direct roof and wooden table and chair located at the open air area. No a/c, menu for you, no Wifi and of course no service charge and tax as well. Yumm

I like the Botamarket,it reminds me of the feast day in my hometown, there are many foods available in the market and after the feast, the sellers leave and transfer to another town celebrating a feast.
Since my sister has her mini store beside the road, it's very accessible to anyone to buy and every afternoon my sister cooked banana cue and sliced sweet potato to sell since it's a perfect snack not only for kids but also for adults favorite snacks to bite every single afternoon and can make our tummy full.
@maulidar When i bought potato i just steamed them and ate 🙂. Now with your recipe, I will try this one 😊

Congratulations! I'm getting hungry just thinking and seeing about street food. The idea of cooking the sweet potato that way is quite unique; we usually just boil it or fry it with sugar, but without any coating. Thank you for the idea; I'll definitely try it next time.

There is something in street foods they taste better, there so yummy and I will try to cook the crispy sweet potato the kids will surely gonna love it. Congratulations to the winners whenever I see featured post I am inspired to do better.
OMG, I'm absolutely obsessed with street food! It's just so addictive, I can never get enough. Just looking at these photos is making me super hungry, haha! And don't even get me started on sweet potatoes, I'm a huge fan. They say I have a sweet tooth for everything, lol!

Street foods are fantastic food that you cant avoid, even you are on diet we have to skip that discipline and go for the cheat day.
street foods it can eaten right away , but if you eat it everyday its not healthy anymore, My advice is eat moderately , sweet potato is a healthy food , it really tasty and yummy , that's why i love sweet potato,.
Street foods can really satisfy my cravings. I wish I lived near this place so I could have access to their delectable menu. It's really best to visit such place before it gets crowded. It's also a good chance for local vendors to continue earning and thriving. Bon Appetit!
