I have seen that a lot of people are doing well in ASEAN Hive even though me and my dad missed quite a few posts. It is because we are really busy like trying to get ready to leave Cambodia and all. But even when we are busy we will try to do and help this community as well as those who help and post in ASEAN Hive. Or at least what used to be the pond... It was so overgrown and it looked like nature threw a party and forgot to clean it up… so cramped.. I figured I’d do something about it,, mostly so I could say I “gardened” today.. 🤣 So I started cleaning.. I tried to separate the old from the new ones.. As I started clearing the mess, I spotted some water lettuce floating around..

I always plan a day ahead on what to cook, and I always consider the health benefits of the ingredients I use and the recipe I'm going to make. This time I decided to have "Sweet and Sour Chicken Balls". Chicken is a good source of protein, which is important for our bodies. A sweet and sour sauce can provide a satisfying flavor combination with chicken and even other meat like pork and fish. And this kind of sauce is one of my favorites.

It’s a simple boiled chicken dish, but the real star is the dipping sauce. Of course, I’ll make the sauce myself. Even though there are many bottled sauces available in stores with various brands and styles, homemade sauce has several advantages compared to store-bought ones, especially in terms of flavor, health benefits, and safety (most bottled sauces contain preservatives).
A Day with family, A collection of Memories..
by: @daiyana(ᴇxᴄᴇʀᴘᴛ) It was so hot this day that, my family decided to go out of town. We rarely go out with the kids because of the time and financial constraints. Since our small town has no malls, boarded on our tricycle we agreed to go to my husbands town which is about 27 kilometers and 25 - 30 minutes drive. The road is so quite because most people stayed at home and doesn't want to get sunburn. 😁
