🪄 A New Diamond Member Is Born 🤴

It's no coincidence at all that this week's featured ASEAN Hiver won the footer raffle at the bottom of this post. This guy recently bumped his delegation to 10,000+ HP, 10,203 HP to be exact, and this makes him the 3rd official DIAMOND member, so look out @davidke20 and @gooddream, there's a new kid on the block. He's an elusive member who doesn't show his face, so the thumbnail is just my best guess at how he'd look with a banh mi in his hands.

Gabe is a longstanding member and has already been one of our most generous delegators since the early days. He and I both happen to be 'Mericans living in Southeast Asia, with this gentleman finding himself in Vietnam and me on the other side of the border here in Cambodia. Also, if I remember correctly, this guy is an English teacher, something I have done on and off through the years, and a job I honestly miss very much.

This ASEAN Hiver posts about life abroad in Vietnam mostly, often highlighting the ridiculous and humorous stories with a touch of satire. I personally am a fan of this type of content, but I am also a person that seeks out satire and humor wherever I find myself in the world. I haven't ever met this guy in person, but then again I've barely traveled outside of Cambodia during my 15 years on and off in this country, so if one day I find myself in Thailand or Vietnam, he is among the fellow ASEAN Hivers I'd like to meet.

Words can't fully express how grateful I am to see such a generous delegation increase. Although the HIVE token is in a slump right now, if the price rebounds in the future my ASEAN Hive work will be much easier to support my family on, and it's all thanks to you delegators that I am able to live in the middle of the Cardamom Mountains and take care of my family, albeit a humble salary. I am more than happy to do this work, and it's members like Gabe that make my job entertaining and worthwhile. Let's all rally round and show this gentleman a show of support and gratitude.
