     This week I was surprised when I saw one of our top GOLD VIPs jump into the realm on the PLATINUM VIPs. The one and only @coloringiship now sits at even 1,000 HP, and in case you didn't already know, her husband @rencalson is now on Hive and sharing content of his own. Not to be left out was @mnurhiver, increasing his delegation to 300 HP and climbing some ranks within the SILVERs.

     Delegations are such a big part of any successful Hive Community, especially a grassroots project like ASEAN Hive. I can't thank you delegators enough for being a huge piece of the puzzle that elevates SE Asian content on this blockchain. The continued growth of ASEAN Hive ensures it longterm sustainability, and it appears in 2024 I may be able to get some hired help for my online and offline work.      Things are still pretty hectic here on the homefront in Cambodia. Today we poured the second floor slab for our restaurant and reception area. We had hoped to build rooms for us to live on the second floor, but the government prevented us from building it, so we're still trying to figure out where we'll live on such a small piece of land still be able to host guests.

How The VIP Delegator Raffle Works

     Every raffle I tally the total HP delegated to the @asean.hive curation account, and one raffle ticket is allocated for each HP delegated by you ASEAN Hivers (excluding [me] @justinparke, @srey-yuu, @sakana & @sreypov), with a minimum delegation of 50 HP to be eligible for the ASEAN Hive VIP 🥉 BRONZE Raffle.

     There are five separate raffles, one for each VIP tier, and each tier's prize is a post beneficiary status equivalent to the tier's total percentage of raffle tickets allocated. This means the percentages of each tier's share of the prize is fluid, and I think it makes the raffle more fun and fairer.

     This week's total effective HP is 167,394, and total delegated HP is 154,097 HP (117,509 HP minus ASEAN team member delegations & delegations under 50 HP), so I plugged the numbers into my Raffle Picker iOS app, selected "pick winners," and the results were instantly and randomly calculated.
