     This week's challenge is a little late due to a cell phone tower outage and our internet coming by way of a 4G modem, but now all is working again and I'm getting caught back up again. It's all about local legends, myths, and/or folklore this week, and I'm sure there are plenty of tales to be told in this community. Images may be a little challenging for this one, perhaps use pics of locales, even experiment with AI-generated images if necessary.

     The most important thing for this challenge is the story, but of course images always make the read a little more engaging. Whether it be a mythical creature, local hero, or even just a tall tale, all are welcome for this challenge. From the fictional to the non-fictional, or even something in between as most local legends are, there are many ways to approach this week's challenge.

Our theme for this week's challenge was really a bit of a challenge for me.... Haha Why? Well, because it's hard to find street art or graffiti here in our city. I seldom see them. Street art is really fun I just hope our local government will create some fun activities for the youth and adults alike to make some street art on our designated city walls, you know to add beauty and it will become a thing for some artists to look forward to every year.

I scored a cheap flight from Cebu to Kuala Lumpur. I thought of taking a bus from KL to Penang, but flying was cheaper. I also thought of taking another bus from Penang to Singapore but flying was also cheaper. Hahaha! So, I grabbed all the cheap flights and I never had to worry about taking the long bus rides. This iron sculpture in Penang talks about how shophouses became cheap hostels popular for backpacker tourists.

Street Art Week#98: Street Arts in Dumaguete City

These were done by the students in each department in the University to avoid the walls from being vandalized. I love this painting the most since it depicts the happiness of a child whenever they go to those exciting places drawn on the backdrop. Those are the locations that can be seen within Negros Island. Around the island is filled with beautiful resorts that you can choose from, with spectacular sand bars.
