Wok This Way to Authentic Taste

Hi, I am Arveno from Surabaya city. In this content i want to share about what we are eating for dinner in the last Weekend after strolling Park Shanghai. Turns out that we are not eating on Park Shanghai since we not get table there and we need queue and the fastest is 1 hour queue. And since we are hungry then we decided to eating on other place.

Okay, in the end we are going inside mall and eating on Top Yammie. This restaurant is chinese cuisine. I dont know that we are ever eating here or not. I dont quite remember. My wife said we once eating there but i dont remember at all.

Since at that time it is time for dinner, this place also crowded. Fortunately we are not in queue and got a seat straight away. Thats why i am not dare to take picture around me. I just can take some picture above and the chinese vibes. Kinda similar with Park Shanghai isn't it??

Hmmm... This Ramen looks delicious. I think i will go on This ramen i guess. But turns out that my wife already pick what we eat. So, yeah so be it. Cannot complain more.

While waiting the food came. The drink already served. I ordered Milk Tea ( I said that less sugar) but turns out still sweet, my wife ordered orange juice and my son of course he ordered chocolate milk. I said that all three is less sugar but yes it still to sweet. Wonder how sweet if they give using normal sugar.
I dont know where my son looking at that time. I think he noticed something or watching someone or something. As far as i remember he is looking at Book Exhibit. In front of this restaurant there is Book Exhibition sale. I think he is kinda interesting to see what book they are sell.

So, my wife ordered Chicken with Rice with some Broth, and Huge Portion of Chinese style Noodles, and Fried Shrimp. And also for my son, she ordered Teriyake Chicken Rice. So, for my son, she reducing the rice and give it to me then my wife adding Fried Shrimp and some of chicken and some vegetables to him. And also adding some of Chicken broth.

For the taste, Chicken Rice Soup in Green plate. This taste is not too strong. Lack of Spices but the chicken is juicy and taste good. But, the broth itself is not quite enough for me. For me yeah not to bad but not too good. Just average. What makes good is the portion is kinda big. From picture it looks like small. But,after divided to 3 plate, this dish still have leftover. And for the Noodles. The condiment inside is good. But, the taste of the noodles is not good enough. Tasteless i guess. The other condiment such as meat and vegetables that support this noodles taste really. And the lucky number one for this dish is my son. Those Teriyake Rice is super delicious one. The sauce is really fit with the chicken tender meat. Not too sweet not to salty. Especially combined with rice. No wonder he can finish his meal this time. And also The second best dish is Fried Shrimp. The shrimp taste is really good. Combination between the umami shrimp with golden crispy starch really make this dish really good. Unfortunately we can finish those Fried Shrimp and we need to take away home in the end. We are full after eating 1 full plate of Chicken Rice Soup. Maybe because the condiment inside is mostly beef especially in Noodles. There are many dice cut beef inside. Combined with chicken. Thats why we are get full fast since there are so many protein inside the food. But, i think it still not worth it eating here. The price kinda over and the taste is just usual and common for me. Next time better looking another place to eat.
