The Bigger The City The Harder To Manage
Hello guys, I am Arveno and want to share my Journey as a Mayor in Dcity game. In this content i want to share about how i make my city growth even though just a little grow. Yeah i think after my city growing bigger it is harder to grow this city. The Tax refund is hard to get and if boosting the tax refund i will get the consequences of some of my Economist and Eco Activist citizen growing old and be dead citizen after some time and it will be burden to my city. So this is my previous last update of my city.
Okay lets see how my city going, it seems that i have 15 unemployed this time and i have 76k $SIM that i can spend to shopping some NFT card to my city. Hopefully this can be a good invest and adding my daily income.
This time i am buying Bank, this card adding kinda good income. But, back again, i dont really know how to calculate the income and this tax. And why i dont get my income except i get tax refund. So, what can i do is just reading other player post and sometimes i copy their way, hopefuly it can work into my city or if not i can modify a little bit.
And then i am seeing this citizen and tempted to buy, and yeah i decided to buy 4 cards. I think it is good since it can adding some creativity to my city. But, this can be double edged sword since this card can be a dead citizen some day.
Okay, so i have 7 unemployed citizen in my city. I think it would be very hard and to long if i chase to be perfectly balance. So, this time i just buying more population into my city and then i just need to buy working building.
In the end, i am buying 10 Basic Home cards. It would give me some of population inside my city.
Okay now i am having 60 unemployed citizen. Now time to buying some of working building cards. Lets browse the market.
Perfect, i dont have any cinema on my city.So, this time i buying 4 cinema buildings. Hopefully this help my unemployed get job.
Okay, it really strange, how can be right now i need 34 employee. I never though that this Cinema really need more than 60 employee. But, yeah it is what it is. I need to buy more Basic Home again.
This time i just buy 5 Basic Home again. And lets see what happened to my city.
Okay, now i still need 7 citizen more to make perfectly balanced.
Okay, now adding more Basic Home to my city, hopefully this will make perfectly balanced, if not, maybe i will let is be and it is what it is since i am out of budget. And waiting next week.
Okay now i have 3 unemployed, not much but, still i am kinda perfectionist person, so this not perfectly balanced stats is kinda annoying me. Lets keep going then since i still have budget.
This time i adding my tax refund by buying Church, i dont know since when Church going to be so expensive. Usually this church just costing 2,5k - 3,5k $SIM token. Right now it almost going twice of the normaly price.
Okay, right now my city is perfectly balanced, but i still have 7k $SIM more to spend into my city. Hmmm, i think i need to buy something that adding my tax refund.
I take chance to buy this eco activist since this card is cheaper than economist. And this card can adding some tax refund. I think it is okay since just 3 maybe in the future this card will be dead citizen and i know how to manage my income by then.
Okay my budget already delpleted and it seems that i have 3 unemployed from my Eco Activist. But, i take this chance because it adding my Tax refund. So, i am okay with this imbalanced.

For income ranking i am on pretty good ranking that is 110. Just need raising my income slightly to be on top 100. So close but yet still so far away for me. But, i believe someday i can entering on top 100. And for my creativity ranking, my city climb a little bit more and right now i am at top 400 which is pretty good. And for popularity i need to adding more popularity i guess, it still not in top 400.
But, overall i am still on track for this game. At least my city still growing and my income ranking still climbing up. I dont think i ambitius enough to be number 1, but who knows, just still keep growing and all be fine.
