India-Pakistan ceasefire is in place again. Even though, just hours after agreeing to peace, Pakistan violated it on May 10th. So, while the hostilities have paused for now, the anxiety hasn't. This all comes in the wake of the heart-wrenching Pahalgam terrorist attack. In response, our armed forces launched Operation Sindoor, targeting terrorist hubs in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Jammu & Kashmir.

Like many of you, I've been anxiously checking my phone for updates ever since. But during moments like this, misinformation spreads like wildfire, only making things worse for us. You might have seen people consuming the news non-stop, then struggling to sleep or even stocking up on essentials, just in case the worse were to happen.

It's called war anxiety.

To deal with it, experts suggest limiting how much news you consume and sticking to trusted, official sources for genuine news related to the War in hand. And if it all feels too much, please talk to someone, a friend, a loved one, or a mental health professional. As our armed forces bravely carry out their duty, let's stay responsibly informed and take care of each other.

So, how are you coping with all this?
