My visit to the Hellabrunn Aquarium in Munich, Germany[Eng/Esp]

Hey, everyone! Welcome to my blog. Today, I'm bringing you something unusual and extraordinary that you don't see every day at Hellabrunn Zoo in Munich, Germany.

Note

I should mention that, since the zoo is very, very large, I'm going to break it down into sections. Today, we're going to learn a little bit about the aquarium.

We reach the aquarium by going down some stairs, above the reptile area, where you can see a variety of impressive fish and marine creatures.

We start with some angelfish in one of the many fish tanks. To be honest, I really like these fish because of their black and white patterns and the way they swim in schools.

Next, in the following fish tank, I came across horseshoe crabs, which are quite "chill." An interesting fact about them is that they have been around for 200 million years. To me, it's amazing that they are still with us, hence the nickname "living fossil."

In another tank, two species coexisted: fish called Heros severus and marbled stingrays, which were very relaxed.

In the next room, we found a rather interesting tank inhabited by animals such as sea urchins, a bullfish, many clownfish, and corals. Personally, I thought clownfish were a bit bigger, but no; they were about 3-5 cm long. I was quite shocked!

Further on, I found a tank with some very strange, curious, and funny animals called spotted garden eels, which had part of their bodies buried in the sand and stayed there no matter how long you waited. Incredible!

I kept walking and found one of my favorite animals: axolotls. They are known for their ability to regenerate their limbs if, unfortunately, they lose them.

The next animals I came across were a few piranhas. Even though we were separated by glass, I felt a little scared, I'm not going to lie. Although piranhas' diet is 100% meat, part of their diet is also plant matter, as crazy as that sounds. They eat ripe fruit that falls into the
rivers.

I also came across some cachamas in another tank that were quite large. In fact, you can see my brother next to one of them there.

In the rest of the tanks, there were a lot of fish of different colors and shapes, and I lost count of how many there were.

Now for the icing on the cake: in the main tank, a blacktip shark was the star attraction of the aquarium. It was about five feet long. These sharks are known for jumping out of the water in shallow areas such as reefs.

¡Qué tal, mi gente! Sean bienvenidos a mi blog. En este caso, traigo algo inusual y extraordinario que no se ve todos los días en el Zoológico Hellabrunn, en Múnich, Alemania.

Nota

Tengo que aclarar que, como el zoológico es muy pero que muy grande, lo voy a hacer por zonas. En este caso, el día de hoy vamos a conocer un poco el acuario.

Llegamos al acuario bajando unas escaleras, por encima de la zona de reptiles, donde se ve una variedad de peces y seres marinos impresionantes.

Empezamos con unos peces escalares en una de las muchas peceras. La verdad, son peces que me gustan mucho por sus patrones de blanco y negro y por cómo van en cardumen.

Seguidamente, en la siguiente pecera, me topo con cangrejos herradura, bastante "chill". Un dato curioso de ellos es que están en este mundo desde hace 200 millones de años. Para mí es una barbaridad que todavía estén con nosotros, de ahí viene el apodo "fósil viviente".

En otra pecera convivían dos tipos de especies: unos peces llamados Heros severus y rayas jaspeadas que estaban muy relajados.

En el siguiente habitáculo nos encontramos con una pecera bastante interesante donde habitaban animales como erizos de mar, un pez toro, muchos peces payasos y corales. Personalmente, pensé que los peces payasos eran algo más grandes, pero no; eran aproximadamente como de 3-5 cm. ¡Me impactó bastante!

Más adelante, encuentro una pecera con animales muy extraños, curiosos y graciosos llamados anguilas de jardín moteadas, que tenían una parte de su cuerpo enterrada en la arena y se quedaban allí por más que esperaras. ¡Increíble!

Sigo caminando y encuentro una especie de animal que para mí es una de mis favoritas: los ajolotes. Se caracterizan por tener la capacidad de regenerar sus extremidades si, desafortunadamente, las llegaran a perder.

El siguiente animal que me encuentro son unas cuantas pirañas. Aunque un vidrio nos separa, sentía algo de miedo, no voy a mentir. Si bien la dieta de las pirañas es 100% carne, también una parte de su dieta es materia vegetal, por más loco que suene. Comen la fruta madura que cae en los
ríos.

Y también me encontré con unas cachamas en otra pecera que eran bastante grandes. De hecho, allí se puede ver a mi hermano al lado de una.

En el resto de las peceras había una gran cantidad de peces con colores y formas, y me perdí la cuenta de cuántos había.

Ahora sí, la cereza del pastel: en la pecera principal, un tiburón de punta negra, era la atracción del acuario. Medía aproximadamente metro y medio. Estos tiburones se caracterizan por dar saltos fuera del agua en zonas poco profundas como los arrecifes.
