Shadow Hunters 380 - Palms!

Rooftop. By Accident

After that accidental afternoon tea at the Kinokinuya Bookstore, another place my sister and I accidentally came across to was this rooftop that actually goes around to the other side of the Galleria Mall. Well, this is a mall I don't frequent, so it's not surprising that I discovered this place with my visitor sister.

We decided to take our matcha latte and hojicha latte, then went out of the coffee shop through the exit that led to the rooftop of the mall. It was quite sunny on this April afternoon, and obviously, a great time for Shadow Hunting!

It's been a while since my last Shadow Hunters entry, and I am so happy to be able to share one for the Shadow Hunters SMASh Contest-Round 380.

Palms!

So without further ado, here's my entry for this week:

Beautifully lined palm trees were casting shadows on the white concrete walls. The view of the Al Mariah Island from the rooftop was captivating, but the call to take shadow photos was louder. LOL.

As we passed by the big wall, the shadows became bigger. There was also another big tree that cast a shadow on the wall that almost overshadowed the palm.

We stayed outdoors for a few minutes while we finished our tea. It was a bit hot and humid, but the rooftop view was also refreshing. Quite a balance there, I would say.

Finally, we went back inside the mall through this rooftop entrance. You can still find some palm shadows on the walls, but I think the reflection on the glass walls could be a great Reflection Hunters entry too, right?! 😘

Hi there! Can't believe I missed this comment. LOL. Yep, my sister and I had a great time. We wished though, that we had just opted for the Cheesecake Factory instead of the matcha tea. haha
