My Family's Favorite Dessert: Fudgy Brownies with Rainbow Sprinkles

Today I want to share with you the dessert that can always bring a big smile to my family and loved ones.
It's none other than Rainbow Fudgy brownies!
Just to share, since my eldest daughter was in elementary grade, this has always been her pledge for every potluck party.
Everyone would already know what food she's bringing. The only difference is that I would try some fun twist to make it more enticing to the kids.
Today, I tried to put some rainbow sprinkles as a topping.
I'm so satisfied with the final touch.
It gave me a colorful rainbow vibe that looks like the dedication cake from Goldilocks and Red Ribbon (famous bakery shops in the Philippines).
Kids could not resist this very enticing and colorful dessert. It's like a mix of chocolate, and candies which is very appealing to them.
(Here are the ingredients)
As for the steps,
-I just buy the ready mix brownies (Whiteking).
-Then, I mixed 2 eggs and half cup of oil instead of butter.
-Don't overmix.
-Then put the rainbow sprinkles or chocolate chips for toppings.
-Bake for 30 minutes (170° C)
What I love about making my own brownies is its affordability. It's a lot cheaper to bake our own than buying a ready made one. As a mom of two kids, I also have to consider the budget.
For example,each slice costs around .50 USD which is as small as a matchbox.
Yet, I could buy the ready mix box for 2 USD only which could feed more than 2 dozens of people. Plus I can customize and add my personal touch to it.
It became my signature treat not just for the school events but for the the family occasions, may it be birthdays, weddings, holidays, parties and more!
So my loved ones and friends are always looking forward to this simple but with special taste.
I would always look at their big smile while having their first and final bite.
The happiness that they feel in every bite of this fudgy brownies encourages is like the fuel that motivates me to bake.

I haven't tried thru streamer, ill research on it. Hopefully, it can to save electricity

There are foods that we grew up with. Mine was the peanuts with caramelized sugar.
Kids nowadays would resort to donuts, brownies 😃

Wow, these rainbow brownies look so fun and delicious! No wonder your daughter always brings the, to potlucks, everyone looks forward to them! The rainbow sprinkles give that colorful Goldilocks and Red ribbon vibe. Such a lovely treat for ids and adults too.
