Sowing Some Vegetable Seeds and Trimming Some of the Plants in Our Little Garden
A blessed Sunday, everyone!!
How's your day today?

❤
Mine is good and I'm glad that at last, I was able to sow the seeds that my daughter bought some months ago. It took me a long time to sow these seeds due to the bad weather, and we're also waiting for the garden soil that we ordered.
These are the seeds I sowed this morning with the help of my husband. He prepared the soil in a recycled water container. I added some organic fertilizers to the soil. Those are from the composted vegetable and fruit rinds and peels.

I keep them in a container and dry them. Then add some soil to it. We also have this soil with some coffee and tea granules. Those are from the pure and roasted coffee that we drink using the French Press. I did the same with the tea. So, we can have a mixture of coffee and tea fertilizers for the plants.
It's really best to always use organic fertilizers for our plants, especially for vegetables.
I have some parsley, cherry tomato, and lettuce seeds here.

❤
I made some holes in the soil and then sowed some seeds.

I started with the cherry tomatoes.

This time, it's the lettuce.

Lastly, the parsley..
After planting the seeds, cover them with soil and sprinkle some water to keep them moist.

❤
Then, cover the sowing pot with plastic. Hopefully, they will continue to grow successfully in the future. I promise to keep you updated on the progress here.

❤
We also trimmed some of our plants. My husband trimmed the guava plant, and I cut some of our roses and bougainvillea.

❤
Well, our lovely fur babies witnessed us, too. Especially Max, who is always staying freely outside the house. But our little Arashi is just looking at us from inside the house. But they're both so cute… 😍

After my garden activity, it's time for me to cook our lunch. I cooked sautéed eggplant with chorizo and eggs. We paired it with our leftover pork ribs from yesterday's viand and had some fresh bananas for dessert.
Anyway, credit to my daughter @tegoshei for taking some of the photos. I had a wonderful Sunday with my family.
I hope you have or had a great Sunday too.
That would be all for today, and thank you so much for stopping by.
God bless...🙂🙏💖

What a wonderful day! Planting your own vegetables and cooking fresh food sounds so rewarding. I love that you used organic fertilizer to nourish the soil.
Thank you so much!!
I just really love planting so does my family too.
And yes, it's best to use organic fertilizers especially to vegetables and fruits that were going to eat.
