Fruity Jelly: A Creamy and Yummy Dessert

Hello everyone!!
I hope you're all doing great.

Let's have some fruity jelly dessert. It's a refreshing gelatin-based treat made with some fruits, typically canned fruits like fruit cocktail, but it's also good to add some fresh fruits of your choice.

We always love having dessert after our meal; mostly, it's just bananas, sliced fresh apples, and some sweet biscuits or cookies.

But I was craving this kind of dessert, so I made it yesterday, and we still have some in our fridge right now. 🙂
So, here's how I made it.

Fruity Jelly: A Creamy and Yummy Dessert

INGREDIENTS:

  • Fruit Cocktail
  • Mango
  • Nata de Coco
  • Unflavored Gelatin
  • Soya Milk
  • Evaporated Milk
  • Condensed Milk
  • Creamer
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Cornstarch

PREPARATIONS AND COOKING:

Wash the mango, then slice it into small cubes.

Drain the syrup from the fruit cocktail and nata de coco. I kept the syrup from the fruit cocktail and included it in the mixture later.

Open and prepare all the rest of the ingredients, like milk and creamer.

In a larger pot or deep pan, pour in the syrup from the fruit cocktail and add 1/2 cup of water. Then, dilute the gelatin by stirring constantly.

Then add 2 cups of soya milk and one can of evaporated milk. Then add 2 to 3 tbsp of cornstarch. This will make the dessert creamier. Continue stirring and mixing well, and then add condensed milk and creamer. To make it more flavorful and fragrant, add 1 tbsp of vanilla extract. Stir and mix.

Then, place it on the stove over low heat and continue stirring the mixture until it boils. Once boiling for about 2 to 3 minutes, turn off the heat.

Then add the fruit cocktail, then the nata de coco, and then the sliced mango. Mix them well.

After mixing, directly pour the mixture into the molders and then refrigerate.

And there it is, all done. It is ready to be served until it sets, usually for at least four hours, and can then be unmolded or served directly from the container.

After four hours...

We unmolded the smaller one to enjoy the flower design as well, and we sliced the larger one.

We were also able to share some with our friends.
My family loves it, and our friends complimented it, and they're very happy.

And honestly, I really love the flavor too.
It has a fruity flavor and a smooth, creamy, and slightly jiggly texture from gelatin, and it's not too overly sweet.

Are you a fan of creamy desserts, too? Then let's have some and enjoy.
I'll just end it here, and I hope you like it.
Thank you so much for stopping by. See you around.
God bless… 🙂🙏❤
