An Overloaded Work at Home...

Hello everyone!! Have a great and blissful day.

It has been two months already of staying here in the countryside. But we haven't finished cleaning and developing the huge yard into a beautiful vegetable garden yet. However, we already planted a variety of vegetables. So we focus on taking care of the seedlings by cultivating the soil, removing newly grown weeds, watering them, and cleaning their surroundings.

Yesterday, we started cleaning another portion of the yard. We're planning to plant some different vines there like bitter gourd or ampalaya, cucumber, string beans, chayote, and more...heheh. We already have some seeds of ampalaya and string beans. So we will plant them later, after cleaning and preparing the area.

This area is so dark at night because of some trees. So I requested my husband to put on a light. We did it yesterday after doing some chores inside the house. You know, morning is always a busy and hectic time at everybody's home, I guess. From preparing breakfast to cleaning all areas inside the house. Feeding and taking care of the fur babies, catering to their morning needs. Taking care of the seedlings in the garden.

Then, after breakfast and cleaning the house and the garden, it's time to start preparing and cooking lunch. While doing all of these tasks, we are also tending the store, but we only go there if there are some customers calling us.

After having our lunch, my husband and I decided to wash some of our curtains and clothes. Good thing that we can already use our washing machine, so we can still do other work while doing the laundry. So we put on the light and start cleaning the area.

The mango and jackfruit trees were covered by plants, so my husband removed them because it can harm the trees too. After cleaning a little, he then put on the light that he had already prepared. I assisted him and held the ladder until it was all done.

While I was roaming around the area, I saw these lovely flowers called birds of paradise. They are so attractive that I can't help taking some photos. It was a bit hard because they were covered by some weeds and their own leaves. But still, I managed to capture the beautiful flower. 🥰

Then later on, our neigbor, Manang Lourdes, passed by to visit some of her plants in the nearby area. She has some fruit-bearing trees like papaya, coconut, and pomelo, "buungon" in Cebuano.

My daughter, @tegoshei, likes this fruit. When Manang Lourdes knew that my daughter loves pomelo, she then picked two pomelo fruits and gave them to us. 💖

We also received a viand from another neighbor that time...it was ginataang gulay. What a blissful day for us that day, amidst the tiring tasks at home.

We are so blessed to have some very kind and generous neighbors. And we are very grateful for this blessing.

I'll just end it here. Hoping that you are also blessed today and always.🥰 Thank you so much for stopping by, and God bless. 🙂🙏💖
